Atleast you can cut the rusted beads out render new in and then sbr prime and flick on some tyrolean to match in. Still a bit of extra work and now a scafold job.

I think this happens a lot due to pva being used between coats of render instead of sbr.
It's nothing to do with PVA.
And this is why I don’t do outsides
