That bar snap is the stuff of nightmares.
For real - looked like the broken end was heading straight up into his underarm/chest area. Could have been real nasty!

I’m the guy who crashed at 01:54! Got it all correct apart from pronouncing my name 😂. My friend pulled off as we were going too slow, tried to get a crank in but still too slow, scrubbed some speed off the lip which is the worst thing I could have possibly done. Should have sent it and dealt with the case. Was the last run of the day and we were tired. You live and learn 🤣. Oh, and it’s pronounced key-ann 🤘

Oooorrrr it's sooo good to see gee on TV he would make such a good commentator or presenter his enthusiasm for bikes is so contagious !!! I wish he would take it a ickle bit easier for a bit BUT WE HAVE NO CHANCE he,s a tiger in human form sooo stylish to see and a heart of Gold.

Gee is totally awesome, I have a few DVDS from his world championship days and he is seriously smooth which makes him incredibly fast. Awesome to watch him ride. Those crashes looked pretty nasty.
I could watch these until I broke my collarbone skiing last week can't look watch these without feeling sick 😅

Will be 50 this year and looped out recently on a manual and fractured my tibia. Wasnt even going that fast. Still limping three months later and no biking. Can't wait to get going again though.

Gee I do have a memory of chatting with you at the NEC and basically being amazed that you looked that ok that quickly and I’m pretty sure I mentioned trying not to smash yourself up again…
Did an accidental superman over the funbox at vicky park back in the day and landed on my head! Luckily on a small strip of grass off to the side, that hurt! Had to get an ambulance coz i couldn't get up, I'm alright now😅

wow....some epic crashes, god iv had a few of those whilst growing up, I remember crashing once & it was just when my wounds from the last crash had scabbed over & the stitches starting to heal & then boom or rather bang crashed again tearing all the old wounds open again...god damn it hurt more the 2nd time round...i was only 10 years old or something, well that's bmx'ing for you,

I also hate watching crash videos. Somehow I feel like it’s bad luck if I watch them haha.
In 2021 I did an "over shot" on a "step up". I fell on the "flat" and fractured the humerus with dislocated exposure of the humeral head.
I also suffered severe neurological damage.
After two years I'm fighting like a lion to try and get back on the bike.
scorpion crash was rough to watch.
