Swiftness and regen/healing would be the most useful for obvious reasons. Invisibility/night vision can help steal necessities or escape from a dangerous area unseen. Water breathing if you live near a river or lake can basically ensure safe passage through waterways. Fire resistance, leaping, and slow falling can greatly increase the areas of the city you can travel through. Turtle master can provide some degree of protection against bullets, shrapnel, and other things that could hurt you. Actually, now that I've listed all this out, strength pretty much sounds like the most useless potion buff as a civilian.

One comment about your water filter. During SERE and jungle warfare survival school, we were taught the three layer method. Top layer is grass, second layer is sand, third layer is ash from burnt wood. The carbon in the ash will absorb a large amount of harmful organisms and debris.
This would never happen in my city because the most Exciting thing that happened is a Honda Civic going down the street sounding like a Lawnmower

Have you ever heard of fighting for your country
If you can't flee the city, the best shelter is a cellar of rowhouse (just see photos of Aleppo and you'll know why). Why rowhouse? Because rubble can bury you alive, if you sheltered yourself in a cellar with only 1 entrance and rowhouses usually have combined underground garages, so if some entrances get buried, some of them can still be clear.
What to do? Fight until you’re the last one standing!!!!

I served in a war zone and I never want families to ever have to live through it. It still saddens me to this day to know that there are those who live that way still. I have nightmares about it. I'd rather see children playing in a park than screaming in the streets. I hate when people in comment sections wish for an American Civil War.
You should do a follow up video talking about what to do if your city becomes a ground warzone and you yourself are a properly trained shooter and have weapons at your disposal.
If the city became the warzone
I would choose do 2 things
1) stay inside your house (which might fail)
2) get out of the country

I come from northern Israel. During the second Lebanon War in my country, my city was bombed with rockets by the Hezbollah. My family and 4 others lived in a shelter in Kiryat Shmona for 3 weeks. The army rationed us food during this time when we ran out, as most people fled. My family eventually went south and we moved to France for 6 years.
War is a horrible thing and I don't wish it upon anyone.

If your going into survival mode the first things you need is tools(hammer screwdriver, nails, ect) and a weapon of some sort(long or combat blades, guns, archery) and maybe 2-3days of food and water filters for bottles. Food and water is everywhere so bringing it is a waste of room and adds unnecessary weight.
