I have been so tempted on getting one, and doing a proper resto mod (rear coilover convertion with rally type suspension specs for b road, built engine, lsd, on oem looks)

I bought the same bonnet pins, easy to install and not bad for 6quid.
lexus lights were also a thing back on the day. I remember 18's looking crazy on my vtr. Had to roll the arches and full lock was shit but it was worth it! Not many people were doing it at the time as they were classed as extreme lol. I lost count how many times the front bumper got destroyed on speed bumps. I look back and think what was I doing. But you know what, it was fun. It cost me a small fortune all the time but i loved messing around with it at weekends and flicking through the car mags looking for something new to do to it. Those were the days ☺

Can't beat a old saxo Vtr or vts such a cool hot hatch and were such a massive hit when they came out shame they were replaced by the C2 they should bring back the saxo ! 👍

Forget all these add-ons get the brakes sorted sum sticky tyres and get a few track days done the standard mirrors look better, add carbon backs where they are colour coded if u wanna change sumthing. Used to love me vts and ax gt back in the day.
I would have trimmed back the mount plastics for the wing mirrors there & then save lot less hassle later.

I remember trying to find dtm for my Saxo ended up using 106 ones from a scrap yard 😂
I kinda want a saxo my mate had one back in the day we had some fun in it
need to fit the alloys and get a body kit because it looks pretty battered
I considered dtm/mini carbon mirrors for mine as I do like them, but I didn’t want to lose the electric mirrors, if I didn’t have a system and therefore standard door cards (sound insulated and dyed the wank pattern bit black) I would fit a carbon motorsport door card set.
I also don’t like the idea of having switches that don’t work, which being a Saxo hasn’t been an easy feat to achieve. Mine had also been thrashed by the six previous owners, I was lucky number 7 for the Car, it’s now in the best form of its life having totally fallen on its feet/wheels.
Get the new trim panel for the drivers door and make a real improvement!

Ashleigh Kitcher yes very rare, I have an early PS3 I’ve had over 10 years and even that won’t play them, I don’t know why they had to remove the feature

Berko can do anything if you've got the money. Stuff like that isnt normally worth it for the sake of a bit of a thrill though.

Should have spent a bit more extra and got the carbon fibre look dtm mirrors that's how it was done back in the day of the saxo

What you mean you've fitted new control arms, anti roll bar links, inner and outer tie rods, new shocks front and rear with some new 40mm springs and a service kit. Judging by the comments possibly not, get on eBay Jamie spend £300 to £400 on aforementioned parts and BOOM you've got a decent car and video in one. Parts are crazy cheap on these spend some proper money on making this car decent mate.
