2 days in the mountains of Georgia: my first hike with overnight stay this year.

This trip occurred in June 2024. 4 experienced hikers have decided to explore this part of Georgian mountains, despite the fact that we had to overcome a part of the way off the trail.
During the first day we went up almost all the way, about 25 km. Stayed overnight in the shelter and continued our trip the next morning.
We got very lucky with the weather, as the sky was clear. It allowed us to see the major Caucasus mountains like Kazbegi(100 km away) and Elbrus(200 km away).
Way back home was nice and easy. We met some shepherds who shared food with us. Very friendly and welcoming people!
