dude what are you talking about? the restaurants? there’s thousands of them,if you stopped eating in the city center you’d find the cool places immediately. also the outskirts-you’re just straight up wrong-the richest people live there. and last thing, asians are actually the biggest minority in the czech republic,so idk about the ten block radius

The intelligence of the Czech people generally is actually in a very good state if compared to the people from the western countries of Europe. One has to experience this themself to be able to see the differences. It's not only about the intelligence but also about the mentality of the people. Czech people may seem rude at first glance but they are much more polite in comparison with other western nations.

Just a friendly cultural feedback: men are expected to take off their head cover when inside. And how are the buses dirtier on the outskirts? The Prague transport is run by one company and they have unified cleaning procedures. Regarding the interior of the restaurants, I believe if it was designed according to your requirements, the prices of food would be accordingly high making it a niche restaurant for the rich. Regarding the Sunday closing, this is a leftist policy introduced only recently for the big supermarkets. I hate when restaurants are closed on Sundays or they close pretty early on weekdays - you cannot get a hot meal after 10 in the evening.

I think the waiter problem in Czech Republic is just because it's badly paid job and in these awful city restaurants, they rather change a waiter, than give the old one enough money. And there is also a problem that you look at us through your perspective of a western kid, but mate our parents and grandparents basically spend their whole productive life in totalitarian regime. They were prohibited from travelling, consuming specific culture, or even express they true honest opinions, sometimes they couldnt buy basic food, because of central controlled economy. It was also quite unigue to learn different language than russian and that is why people in this country are what they actually are. You just can not understand, but we are still kind of intoxicated by this experience, even younger generation, and it will take some time to change.... I just wanted to mention it for every sorry-ass foreigner, that complaint about our country, but using advantages like free university studies and cheap prices here.
