dude what are you talking about? the restaurants? there’s thousands of them,if you stopped eating in the city center you’d find the cool places immediately. also the outskirts-you’re just straight up wrong-the richest people live there. and last thing, asians are actually the biggest minority in the czech republic,so idk about the ten block radius
This would be an amazing comment if you weren't completely wrong about the biggest minority.
I guess he talks about places like Žižkov, Holešovice or Nusle, the parts we would consider extended center. You know, the best parts of Prague.
Pozor na Cinany,to jsou colonalny svine, priklad je Cinska ekonomicka okupace Vancoveru, roztahuji se po celem svete!!
Nice vid man...subbed. But as a Czech boi - i love my bloody 80´ties playlist.
Haha please don't take it personally, I'm just teasing :D Thanks for the sub man!
Nice channel with decent editing and good dose of sarcasm. Keep making content, you have a gift and could easily expand to other subjects. I subscribed as a long time Prague resident of 17 years.
Max Donelly thank you so much for the kind words mate! I’m looking forward to moving the content beyond just czech stereotypes! Thanks for looking out
“People are intelligent here” 😂😂😂😂 I’m laughing more than I should. 😂
Stupid people are everywhere. No matter on city or nationality. But yes keep laughing.
The intelligence of the Czech people generally is actually in a very good state if compared to the people from the western countries of Europe. One has to experience this themself to be able to see the differences. It's not only about the intelligence but also about the mentality of the people. Czech people may seem rude at first glance but they are much more polite in comparison with other western nations.
Totally valid points.
You can add the silent taxi drivers with mullets who only play 80s music.
The fact you can't answer your mobile on a tram because it's so creepy quiet.
The drunks laying on the ground that nobody seems to care about.
The reception and wait staff so frowning and unwelcomiging they make you stressed out in "leisure " places
.....been here 2 years...the Czech personality is like the weather here.
Helene Ofcortina really is frowned up to answer mobile on tram here? 😝😝😝
I really like your jokes :D I smile and often laugh loudly whole video :D
Thanks a lot! Much appreciated :D
lol when you said "BREXIT" hahahaha
I see where you're coming from with these things and they are totally true. :) love your sense of humour
Jana Vávrová thank you glad you like em and not offensive 😂👍
@@cokeboypeking9597 Not at all :) few restaurants worth checking out: Eska in Karlin, Cobra and Salt'n'Pepa in Letna.
Holy shit, your czech is better than my clasmate’s. 😂
Oh, music.. the radio stations... Usually when drive for too long I start looking for something acceptable on the radio, it always ends up with my hand rested on the gear lever switching the stations with no end and satisfying result...
caroline mode have to agree I’m always pissed searching for the right music 🤣 I usually just give up though
Great Video :D
Thank a lot! Hope it doesn't offend you :P
check out joystick bar, right by wenceslas sq., they have a bunch of arcade games, pinball machines and cheap beer and they usually play good hip hop on the speakers
Dank Boi thanks for the tip that’s the one in the basement right? Need to revisit again
@@cokeboypeking9597 Yeaaah haha that's right
I hate: traffic, car parking, grumpy/suspicious shop assistants, tourists that think Prague is about sex and booze.
Couldn't agree with you more here :)
Bro, what kind of rap you listen to? I could find some similiar czech rap:D
Seems to me that you visit bad pubs and restaurants, there are tons of fabulous looking restaurants! :D :D
Adam Šulc have to admit was a bit dramatized😝
I hated it there!
You should check out the restaurant "U mlýna"
On prague 4 I love it here
Looks like fine Czech cuisine, will have to try it! Thanks for the tip!
@@cokeboypeking9597
Sorry i was wrong! It's on prague 11
Proper hip hop, rap or rnb is usually played in more underground or secret places, usually on certain events...
Jan Vejvoda
Český rep je tragická záležitost, nejlíc mě serou čtrnáctky co chodí po městě s JBLkem a pouštěj PTK.
Zabijel bych za to.
Welcome to Prague, Czech Republic
Oh what a great service in pubs, they look like you just annoy them and then even expect tip.
BTW if We want good meal, coffee and cake we go to Globus hypermarket and their restaurant, no rude waiters to mess with
Thanks a lot for the kind words! Of course not every restaurant does, I have encountered it a few times but you'd just have to move on. thanks a lot for the suggestion, I will have to keep my eye out for Globus :)
no Globus tak supr jídlo zas nemá 😄 to radši přežiju naštvanou servírku. v globusu je tam miliarda lidí vždy a paní ohřívačky jsou taky většinou nakrklý (ne že bych se jim divila ale je to tak) 😄
All of you guys look the same. I just chocked from laughing.
Táňa Ševčíková 🤷♂️ what more can I say? 😝
Not gonna lie, as a czech citizen I absolutely hate traditional czech restaurants. But this is exactly why Prague has excellent cafe's and bars, some of the best in Europe in my opinion.
You vid are good I subrcribe you I like your channel.
Just a friendly cultural feedback: men are expected to take off their head cover when inside. And how are the buses dirtier on the outskirts? The Prague transport is run by one company and they have unified cleaning procedures. Regarding the interior of the restaurants, I believe if it was designed according to your requirements, the prices of food would be accordingly high making it a niche restaurant for the rich. Regarding the Sunday closing, this is a leftist policy introduced only recently for the big supermarkets. I hate when restaurants are closed on Sundays or they close pretty early on weekdays - you cannot get a hot meal after 10 in the evening.
I don't know where people going because prague public transport is same everywhere. Ofcourse if you have drunken moron in bus at midnight and he vomiting, they really can!t clean it immediately. :-D
who cares, its 2019. why should I remove a head cover? Free country.
@@user-pd6bd7ir4z Because this is Europe and it's discourteously going inside with head cover if you are man, you don't care about that in shopping center etc...but if you go for example to some office, school or something like that it's better take of you head cover
there are lot of clubs whit rap and if you like drum music alkohol and drugs try cross
I agree that people can not dance 😂👌🏻 I am at the club ale most of people just stay and looking around 🤷🏻♀️ Whyyy😫😫😂 But I have a question , do want to learn Czech language? I mean I am working in the city center and our customers are only turists so I think that a lot of us(Czech people ) speak english but you know 🤷🏻♀️ Sorry for my terible english😂😂
Subtitles at 00:09 : "Okay, this is where my chick stops :D"
There is a lot of bars playing a lot of different music genres. You just need to know where to find them :)
It's difficult
Drop a note if you know! 😝
@@cokeboypeking9597 It depends on what do you like to listen. I live in Germany last 10 years so I am probably not rly up to date but I was quite often in Mirage at I.P. Pavlova. Good music, likable and young bartenders and the most important - TABLE FOOTBALL!! That was really my thing back then ;) I guess you can get some more relevant tips from people who still live and party there tho ;)
@@cokeboypeking9597 club lavka or lazne on Prague 1 next Charlesse's bridge. Each floor other style.
Lol
If you want to be real Czech say "fucking raining again" or something like that instead of greeting :-D
It just came to my mind... Have you ever been to Dětenice restaurant outside Prague? Check it out. It could be cool for you.
Lol, try literally anywhere else in Europe, Prague is heaven regarding shopping hours. Also, The more in the city center, the more horrible it smells.
Yep. That´ s probably right.. Just in the outskirts the apartment blocks with a few pubs, if any, here and there--- not very good looking....
Wait a minute.. You live in Czech for 4 yeas and you don't speak Czech??? Can't relate
Damn! Who is your teacher? I would like to hire him/her!
Fancy lounge plays rap music
Have you been to London? Try their buses... ;-)
ahoj a umíš psat česky?
mam rozumim truhu cesky! promin :D
čaukooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
XP XO
I love Prague but I could not live there its too croweded for me and Im a clutz and I get lost alot and ye im Czech xD
Yea it is quite busy especially in the summer season. Although some of the suburbs in the city I find to be okay and not to crowded :)
I think the waiter problem in Czech Republic is just because it's badly paid job and in these awful city restaurants, they rather change a waiter, than give the old one enough money. And there is also a problem that you look at us through your perspective of a western kid, but mate our parents and grandparents basically spend their whole productive life in totalitarian regime. They were prohibited from travelling, consuming specific culture, or even express they true honest opinions, sometimes they couldnt buy basic food, because of central controlled economy. It was also quite unigue to learn different language than russian and that is why people in this country are what they actually are. You just can not understand, but we are still kind of intoxicated by this experience, even younger generation, and it will take some time to change.... I just wanted to mention it for every sorry-ass foreigner, that complaint about our country, but using advantages like free university studies and cheap prices here.
Id like rap music in regular places, unfortunately we are 9th world
Have to agree. Most hiphop you hear in this city you have to go to an actual concert for :)
@@cokeboypeking9597 It's matter of time, young generations are growing with hip hop and it will become normal thing over time
@@standad7541 True, I noticed that as well that the younger kids are messing with American hip hop more. Too bad I'm the only adult usually when there is an American artist coming to play a show :D
Honestly, there are great hip hop artists In Czech Rep. and I feel like over the past 5 years the popularity of Rap here has grown significantly. When I was younger nobody really listened to Czech rap or rap in general and it sucked. Nowadays there is a decent rap concert in Prague every 2 weeks or atleast once a month. It of course could get much better, but sadly this is not America and we have to deal with our culture being late.
I'm from czech republic .... Ale čau
And the accident thing....it is terrible, people just didn´t learn to take responsibility and act and find out for themselves what´s actually happening.. With your hat, hair and youthful look you were probably considered to be a drunk or an addict or something.. Happened to me once, almost collapsed on a tram, stumbled outside and had to crouch down at the bus stop, all in sweat, otherwise absolutely "normally" looking young woman, very "proper", nobody stopped... Why? I guess I was young... so in the eyes of many I could have been drunk or anything...
I agree with a lot of points here, people here can't dance lol and the service is shiiiit idk how can you be so rude at your customers wth
I'm preparing my escape from Prague. The third one:) I've been living here for 13 years and I gave it fucking a lot of chances. But these people are IMMORAL. Dehumanized individuals.
Just curious what makes you say this?
@@cokeboypeking9597 yeah....I was writing that comment after several horrible cases happened to me in just two weeks time, including when a Czech guy, a customer service person, hit me. And it wasn't the first time. I still think Czechs are not really humans.
@@AR-do2ob Ah sorry to hear that. Did you speak czech or english? just wondering as for non czech speakers i can see this happening
@@cokeboypeking9597 I speak perfect Czech, with an accent though as I'm not Czech.
There mad places they play hip hop...depends where your going...
Che Johnson drop a note if you could be so kind 🤙🏼
Meow I love your cat
Mari B. Haha thank you 🙏 He is a cutie 😃
Your audio level is quite low. crack it up to -0 db please. Great channel, by the way :)
hi , i agree with you. if u lookin 4 bar with good hip hop i recommend CHOCOBAMBA at Zizkov definitely worth visit ;)
Scuba Diver or Ghetta bar at Vinohrady
Thanks for the recommendation! I will look it up! Cheers!
@@matousb Can't believe never heard of these places. Will explore next time for sure :) Cheers!
:58 Sean Evans finger twirl 😍
Obviously you didnt explored Prague enought.
Look for the bistros, not restaurants...
You got lucky, because of being honked on, instead of driven over. Man lying on the street is not (on first glance) a victim of accident, but a intoxicated (boozed or drugged), and usually handled accordingly. Do not take it personaly, or "racialy". The same aproach is to be expected in case of white man lying on the road (unless he is bleeding heavily).
Of course lots of people are grumpy in Prague.... it's full of foreigners and hipsters. As for hip-hop there is too much already.
haha whats wrong with foreigners and hipsters?
@@cokeboypeking9597 Nothing wrong with foreigners when you are the only one :-D , like I am in my village in Moravia (like you I married a Czech). It's way better than finding yourself in areas with large expat communities that have little or no connection to the place and are just there for a little while. Locals are so much nicer to you when you are a novelty. Czech village life is damn good but I dread to think how it would change if one day another 50 foreigners moved in. Just one they can cope with and embrace! :-D All the best.
@@moravianpost3345 haha I feel you! once 50 more comes in you will no longer feel special :-) Cheers!
@@cokeboypeking9597 exactly. And funnily then the locals won't feel it's interesting either. It will just be a bunch of lazy foreigners ruining their village rather than a mild the mild curiosity of jsut one. 8-)
I tried so hard to like the czech republic. It's always horrible! I have been 3 times. I thought the 1st two times were bad, the 3rd was the WORST! I hate prague
Just... Britain is still part of Europe but not EU :D (sorry I had to :D )
First: Hiphop is NOT a music. Second: Learn Czech. Third: You are racist yourself. ........ Subscribed

Go to Germany, it's so much better!!
I have to say that music in Czech radio-stations is really bad most of the time.
80% of time at least :-D
Nic jiného neumíš, než jenom urážet!
Ne, naopak naprosto skvěle popsal situaci v Praze. A v ostatních videích vše ostatní také popisuje velmi dobře.
czech radios are most of the time really bad, although Prague has some pretty good small radio stations..?
He is so hot❤❤❤
