Wow, all your stuff is just Great !! Blows 95% of the new train videos out there away! I just love the Dirty C&O action, plus being on the bridge was great! And MLW, CP Alcos, very cool! Thanks so much for bringing back great memories! Man your good with a camera. Kev.
I love the color and look of those old yellow and dark blue engines with that kitten, it brings back memories of being a kid and seeing those trains on the tracks, good times.
It is amazing how much difference ther is in the tracks and buildings around the tracks in 30 years. The only spot I recognized is the engines going under 131 at Wealthy street, and of course crossing the river which now has cross beams falling through into the river.
actually.. that unit was enroute to Canada at that point. it wasn't untill after 200 that those GP9's showed up. and only the 179 and 180 made it here to michigan.

4225 was the fist engine I ever ran for pay!
Wow there are some awesome defunct liveries in there. Seaboard, Chessie, etc. And CP Alcos too? Hell of a great video.
The repair shop at Market stret is no longer used, where enigine 4236 is waiting outside the building.
Also what a great catch on the VS 178 in transit to the Mid Michigan RR! Talk about being in the right place at the right time!
Awesome roaring sounds from the 567D3S Of those gp30s considering they haven't been rebuilt with 645 parts like bn
4:07 I was just at that crossing yesterday and someone said a train would come at 3 but it never showed
So weird to see locos withoit ditch lights!
@DouglasP201 It was when C40-8W was very new in it's debut with american logo in the middle body and yeah it was putting it early 2000 or 2001
177, 178, 179 and 180 were all in Michigan at one point. They were in Owosso for work before going to the MMRR.

And so many different color engines and companies you don't see in 2023
Nice catch on the Spirit of America under the coal tower! Man, you'd be in trouble really fast if you went back there today.
