- ► I really hope I did the breathing thing well- I practiced it all night last night to the point I got sleepy and passed out.
The more I read the looked into panic disorder the more I wanted to do this as soon as possible so I bumped it to the top of the list.
I hope it helps and I did it justice.
I know this video is like kinda old, but I am still so grateful for this...i don't know how many times i have come back to this. late night panic attacks when you don't have anyone around. or when you can't talk to anyone about it, it is so helpful.

my anxiety has gotten to the point where i throw up every morning before school. i’ve missed almost a month of school. i feel like this is my fault in a way because i didn’t tell anyone. i feel like i don’t deserve help because i’ve let myself get to this point.
Thank you Soo much. Thiss works a lot. My anxiety is at a very very high climb and it's causing panic attacks and sensory overload. I tend to cover me ears when sensory overloaded. When I hear this it reduces it. Thank you! (Sorry for the rant)
We had practice interviews with real interviewers yesterday...
I FORGOT HOW TO BREATHE, and my friend was like "don't over complicate it, you've been breathing your whole life"
I was like holding my breath, but I couldn't let it go...
Once I did, I was sitting there for half an hour wait for the interviewer, just breathing... (I do in for 4, out for 8)
My teacher saw me and asked "are you okay? You look like you're gonna pass out?"
I just awkwardly laughed 😹

Thank you so much for this audio. I don't usually comment as it makes me very anxious, but I wanted to tell you I found your video and it helped me through an panic attack a few moments ago. I'm diagnosed with panic disorder and anxiety disorder, and I suspect I may have agoraphobia as well. Just having something not to get my panic attack out of control is very helpful, and your video helped a lot with that. I also appreciate the information and awareness of this disorder, as it is very difficult to deal with.

I am very prone to panic and I do know what most of my triggers are (my parents and uni) but unfortunately help is expensive in my country and my parents don't believe mental issues are a thing so yeah no professional help for me ✌️

I Have panic attacks quiet often the last one i had was like 3 days ago I haven't seen a doctor I haven't really been coping but I haven't been stressing at all. I dont know what triggers them tho this really helps thank you for making this It really helps :}

I'll put a ⚠️ *TRIGGER WARNING* ⚠️ here because I don't want someone to feel uncomfortable or be triggered...
I got triggered, right in the middle of a shop, by the smell of the aftershave from a man that was standing next to me. And I got flashbacks mixed with an massive panic attack (I haven't had one this bad for years or at least I can normally handle them better, even on my own. But not this time...) somehow I managed to get the people around me to take my phone and call my mom before I completley shut down. When she got there she could get me out of it. she took me home and called my ex so he would go pick up our son from Kindergarten and take care of him for today...
I was still a bit shakey and so I listened to this Audio which helped calm me down... 😊thank you again! 💖

I don't get panic attacks, but I do panic a lot when it comes to public speaking and presentations...
In English, we were acting out a play. I said I didn't want to, but my friends wanted too... They all started to drag me up to the front and I was panicking so much, and they probably thought I was just a bit nervous (BUT I WAS LITERAL BEGGING TO NOT PERFORM)... But then I started crying so much to they point I was struggling to breathe and I had to step out the class to calm down...
There was also a speech exam which everyone has to do... Because my teacher knows that some people aren't good at public speaking, she let me have a few friends and one other teacher to be my audience. BUT EVEN THAT FELT LIKE TOO MUCH FOR ME!!!
I spent 20 minutes trying to control my breathing, then when I was speaking, it was terrifying!
My legs felt like noodles, it suddenly got hotter, I was sweating, I felt dizzy and light headed, I felt like throwing up, and I was shaking...
I hate that feeling... I always feel it when someone says we have to perform or present anything... Even thinking about it makes me cry 😞
