Never forget Mike and Martin were team mates, so Mika always found time for Martin. Numerous times he turns around to say ‘no’ to an interview then sees it’s Martin so goes right in!!

Ahhh yes, that was during the ill fated 1994 Peugeot season. Always got dropped at just the wrong time did Martin. The Benetton 1992 season being another notable example.

Good ol’ Mika. Ever the humble & unassuming assassin.

This was one of the main moments that really promoted Martin Brundle to top-line status as a commentator. He had full respect from most of the drivers as he had only retired in 1996.

Hakinnen had a Mercedes crank with some Mobil 1 lubricants in his Mclaren.

I actually thought this race was one of Michael's best. Huge tenacity to fight back, which summed him up. Lewis would have said 'retire the car'.
