Sold out already. This is common with these bikes, they need to build up stock before they put it up for sale, make sure they have enough supplies to fill their orders.

Yes, when I ride Velotric Fold 1 I realized that in Class 2 (set for max 20mph) 😢 Velotric setting out of the box is set in a way PAS 1, 2 are not much accelerating, especially in light grade uphill. The same is noticeable with the lethargic throttle assist. But when upgraded Velotric F1 to Class 3 using a simple display setting everything with the PAS and throttle changed for better.
Every PAS level even the lower ones are noticeable with their torque, and the throttle shows also more. So keep this in mind! The price of Velotrik Fold 1 is no more $1K, it is more than $200 more at the bike stores, also Best Buy, and only during July it was a bit cheaper only on Velotric own site with some coupon if you have a patient to play this typical dirty pricing game with online merchants.
    Happy cruising!😮

This bike is a fantastic price considering all of its features. I wonder if they will come out with a trike? Great review. Amanda looked like she was enjoying it as well. I love that basket liner!!

This one seems to hit all the wants on a check list. I like the option of the rear passenger padded seat and handgrip. That is why I was looking at the Lectric XP until the wiggle and shake kept creeping into the videos. Thank you for your honesty on these bikes only you and Gary speak of the Lectric wiggle as far as I have seen.

I watched many e-bike videos and discussion some videos like this one make you wonder do these bike owners really understand how important is for pedaling to have a proper body stand. The right way to take advantage of your pedaling, to get more body benefits and also pleasure is when your leg in lowest pedal position is only slightly bended in the knee, not like this man and young woman show their test-riding of Velotric.
If they continue to pedal this way it’ll shows even with the support of pedal-assist. So enjoy your ride and make sure you know how to stand in right position and pedal, even with e-bike, which seems easier with the pedal assist.

Great review! How did you install the mirrors? Does it have an opening in the grips?

Love the Fold 1 but I find the display, especially the pass buttons, too small for my big fat fingers.
Do you know if Velotric or some other brand offer a larger compatible display for the Fold 1?

I have a Velotric Discover 1 that I use as my winter beater bike. And I will say for a $1000 bike it is super nice. My husband is now riding it as I am now riding my Trek Verve for the summer. We have over 1000 hard use but trouble free miles on her!

Wow…nice bike. I would have ordered it if it was in stock. I heard on one of your videos that you don’t like Heybikes. I have the Mars 2.0 on my list as a possible. Curious as to why you don’t like them?
