"Calender year" or what it really is, summer soccer, won't work at adult level for the majority of the leagues on this country. You will likely lose at least half of adult teams in many leagues.
The pyramid idea is kinda pointless. Most adults have no interest in playing at a higher level, if they did they would.just transfer.
