      I seen in one of your video's that you recently listened to the book "Fiber fueled", have you considered going plant based to see if it will help with your training ? We'd love to see a video titled "The Bare going plant-based" maybe try for a week or a month? 😄 Just a thought..

      @@johaunallen2309 Yes improving your weight through exercise and good nutrition does improve high blood pressure. Talk to your Dr about a referral to a nutritionist to get you started. Exercise can be walking and resistance bands to start.

    I notice how consistent he is in every video with his routine (warm-up, workout, nutrition, etc.). I'll watch the videos to reassure and motivate myself to stay consistent with my routines. #GoOneMore

    Consistency is definitely key! Last April when the gyms shut down due to Covid, I started getting into running. I started off slow but stayed consistent & added more & more distance each week. Last Sunday, I ran 8 miles, which I never would have imagined. I was never a runner before either. Consistency baby!!!

      Oooohhh me too! That would be a great idea! Seth James Demoor has a fantastic 40 minute video showing a really good stretching and injury prevention routine. (not pulling away from Nick but that is a great template if anyone needs it)

    Forgot how much I needed to hear the consistency talk.
    I slide off into un focus and it’s always 100% because of lack of consistency in some important area of my life. Food, relationship, fitness, study, sleep etc some vital thing.

    Mr. Bare here's a pro tip about grilling corn ( you probably already know ) but I will share anyway . Soak the corn (husk and all) in salt water for at least 2-3 hours then throw on the grill (husk and all) the silk comes off sooo much easier and it is fire !!!!!!!!! love the products btw. been using them now for about 4 months .

      I've tried this method and wasn't a fan, but I didn't salt the water that might be why! I love to shuck the corn, use a good amount of garlic butter, onion salt or powder and garlic powder. Wrap in 2 layers of tinfoil, 4 mins a side (16min) on the grill.

    Every time i watch your videos I’m motivated to go out for runs as well. Then I’m getting hungry when you make them gorgeous looking tacos!! Also thanks for sharing the Leadville 100 documentary. Incredibly inspiring! I’m a runner as well and got today my first trail running shoes to hit the trails here in the Italian dolomites. Incredible place for Trail running. Check out the Lavaredo Ultra Trail. Might be something interesting for you with the most epic landscape.

    I agree nick! Be careful though because when consistency happens you can get minor injuries here and there that need to be treated. Don't push through everytime because that is how I got plantar fascitis and that shit hurt so bad

    I use the berluti knot. Never comes untied, laces lay flat, and quick release. You will never tie your shoes another way when you try it

    Bunny ears all day every day. It may seem more simplistic but that is why it works better, loop swoop and pullers are always re-tying their laces that come apart. 🐰!

    I'm building up my trail running game slowly, up to around 15+kms. I stretch daily and ice bath 1-2x per week.
    I weight train also 4-5 times per week. How do you build up to say 30 or even 50kms, does it just come over time?

    I used bunny ears for most of my life up until about 12 years ago. I find loop, swoop as you call it to be tighter. Even better is the loop, swoop, swoop which will lock the knot.

      Supplements are only supplementary. Yes they help and he makes a living by selling them. But they are totally worthless without a solid foundation of diet and exercise.
