The sleep tank situation had me DYING😂 my wife would kill me
I got my Doritos & Mountain Dew ready. This is going to be a good episode
Cheers with my morning French press coffee ☕️
😂😂😂
Same bro I just watch people exercise as my exercise.
Bandstand, I see you everywhere. This is why y'all better than Genius 🔥
Hol up
Someone from Soloman needs to show Nick how to properly use the large hydration pack and how to correctly run the tubing for it. Doing that will help reduce fatigue on the lower back for longer runs.
Just 6 years ago i was waching how Nick Bare is eating thousands of calories per day, and now im waching, him running ultra miles💗💚🏃♂️
He still eats thousands of calories per day, that’s normal.
He probably eats more than he used to I would imagine
Man runs 50 miles at my 5k pace. What a beast! love the beyond the b series btw!
This doesn't even feel like a video, more like a damn movie! Phenomenal video production.
💯
I'm 16 ,got my first marathon done a few weeks ago!!
Congrats man I did my first about 9 months ago. Buzzing to get back!
@@AndreVlogsAndreMorris yea I may not do one again until I get out of high-school cause the training is so time consuming!!
Damn dude hope you’re still getting at it, I’m 19 and about to run my first half so I’m using you guys as inspiration
The “Leadville 100” bike race is no joke just recently discovered the Leadville run.
The run was first in 1983. I finished in 1988,89,91 and min bike in 1997. Hopefully finish in 2022 race at 62
I loved the part where they came to the split in the trail and he was like “Nick is crazy so he went uphill” and then it screens to Nick on the hill. 😂😂
Lol! Dude is hardcore
My older brother was a Great Britain athlete and now works with people like Usain Bolt, Mo farrah and Eliud Kichoge, and the recommendation is “live high, train low”, meaning live at high altitude but train at low altitude. This is because u can train harder and longer at low altitude where there’s more oxygen but living high means u make adaptations for the low oxygen levels and thinner air over more hours of the day. Training at high altitude just 1hr a day just means u go hypoxic quicker, go anaerobic quicker and thus can’t train for as long. That’s why Kenyans are such good athletes because they’re born and live at high altitude.
Wtf this guy ran 50 miles and drove himself home like he just got done shopping at the mall
Wasn't sure why he did that. Seems like an irresponsible move. He would have been way more fatigued than the other two who would have been napping in the back while he ran laps. Stupid decision that could have ended badly with one lapse of attention.
Really didn't want to run the 12 miles I have planned for today but this video got me fired up
Alright, you got me motivated to do this scheduled 16 mile long run I got ahead of me!
Just keeps leveling up!! Incredible. Shout out to the whole creative crew as well - team effort to capture this!
Respect
Not many people will run 50 miles let alone 100 miles
👍
Not many people will run one mile lol
The biggest thing I got from this video was when Nick was lifting, he stopped and said "I thought of my next book title." That's the mindset I want to build. Always thinking of my next goal as I'm tackling the one in front of me. It's not "if I finish this goal", it's "when I finish it, what am I going to conquer next." Holy shit I'm motivated.
Great job Nick!!! Running a ultra was a incredible experience!!! My son and I completed the Keys 100!!!! The next year my son Mark competed the Tahoe 200!!!! Watching you pushing you body pass the comfort zone is AWESOME!!!
Good luck - I remember my first ultra 52 miles, all of my training had me thinking 8 hours, the course tore me to pieces, legs were toast by mile 20, came in at 12 hours and 40 min, humbling experience for sure
Great videos fam. Love the raw unedited at end. Shows how Nick interacts with his team on a daily basis.
Great episode! I have been training for my first Olympic tri in Kerrville at the end of September and a 70.3 in Wilmington North Carolina mid October. Thanks for all the motivation!
Amazing Nick, your efforts are always inspirational. Thanks keep it!!
Music and the contents is so inspirational and fun to watch .keep the good work dude and cameraman too!!
What an inspiration! Keep going Nick!!!💯💯💯🔥🔥🔥
His mind set/drive is phenomenal…kudos, once again on another accomplishment👍🏼
After ALL THAT my man says he's gonna sleep for " Maybe...four hours." LEGENDARY.
lengendary? or illogical?
@@JoeAnklam well... you can choose to sleep 8 hours until 2-3pm, then struggle to get to bed that evening.
or... you can sleep 4 hours, get up still not completely rested, but easily fall back into your normal sleep cycle from that evening. so... logical mate.
when dealing with jet lag, always best to stay up than sleep when you're tired.
Have either of you tried to sleep after a huge run? It’s nearly impossible and the sleep itself isn’t good quality sleep. Although you’d think with the sheer amount of fatigue you’d be flat out, unfortunately not the case. In my experience anyway.
@@rammiA I've done a 6 day food and sleep deprivation exercise, I know what it's like to be tired. He'd be tired enough to go to bed, but sleeping throughout most of the day with throw his sleep cycle off.
Hard to sleep when the drugs keep saying go!
Soooo cool! I have just signed up to a 50km trail race in Quiberon, France after watching this
I found your channel not too long ago. Now that I have seen most of your videos, I have to wait a week between every video. It's hard waiting.
I really like your content. You motivate me to do things I never thought was possible. Best of luck with your new goal. Much love!
I ran my first marathon last month. You really inspired me to do that cause I was never really a runner and thought I would ever do it. 50 miles are insane. Lots of respect and greetings from Germany.
That is awesome to hear! I have a very similar story and my first one is in October. How did yours go?!
Train as you fight. I love it!
This and all that you do is impressive, man. Thanks for being a solid motivator. I got a long way to go but it feels good to know you're doing it and its very similar to my goals.
Love that trail! Awesome edit you guys! Great work.
Another amazing training feat by Nick. Truely an inspiration to me
Awesome job!
Great video and just a fantastic work ethic. Great work, good luck
Amazing work. 👏🏼
Tough day, great training.
This video reminds me of the 100 mile ruck video. Love this! Keep it up nick.
It's crazy the muscle mass you still retain running so much lol!! 11 Bang-Bang!
its called being on gear
@@JohnSmith-er1ds what is "gear"?
@@exiled3797 whey protein and creatine of course
@@JohnSmith-er1ds take all the same shit & you still wouldn't be able to do it.
Gear is not everything.
@@khaver5970 I was a Division 1 sprinter 8 years ago. I'm 6" 1' 190 pounds 11% bf naturally. I'm not built for running 50 miles having fast twitch muscle so you got me there.
This was incredible to watch.
the dedication is unmatched
GREAT effort!
You are nuts! That is awesome. Hope things went well on the trail. Looking forward to seeing the footage.
Anyone else want BPN to release that meal replacement powder??? I think a lot of people would like it.
I was about to ask if there is plans for it to be released. Currently work retail, but hope to go into police work and that would be a better alternative while on duty than eating out and would save time from meal prepping.
I want to sleep one
I love the way this video captured the essence of an ultra run.
Luv you man so much inspiration
Go get em’ Nick! ❤️🏃🏼♂️❤️🏃🏼♂️❤️
Awesome job man, I’ve just found your channel in the lead up to my 2nd 100km race, I’m hanging on all your advice and loving your energy, thanks buddy 👍🏻
Beast mode, you inspire me Nick!
Outstanding job Nick! With your background and experience, you’re going to crush Leadville. I hope you got enough elevation change. It’s the descents at Leadville where your quads will pay the price. Best luck!
you're a beast bro. I can't imagine the fitness level of your platoon when you were a PL. Keep up the motivation. RLTW!
I tell myself a lot that if I put on any significant muscle then I will be no good for long runs, which I enjoy. You are living proof that this is only my lazy-mind playing tricks. Thanks dude.
Got the most unhealthy snacks to watch the upmost healthiest video 😂
Running 50 miles ain't exactly healthy.
Yeah this is far from being good for the body. Still doesn't take away from the fact it's total badassery!!
Nick Bare is the epitome of hard work, and proper preparation for his environment. It is truly inspiring to witness him grind, and put in the work. GO ONE MORE!
Proper roids cycle
SUCH A BADASS VIDEO!!! Good shit my guys 🤟🏽🤟🏽

Born and raised in Leadville. Family construction business since 1971. My grandfather was a one-armed logger who cut down majority of ski trails in surrounding area. nothing but tough people up here. My 6 month son is 4th generation. Good luck boss -
Nick bear I am doing the European Championship Ironman in week and half, I see this and think I want to do this next.. so grateful for your inspiration
This mans mind is incredible! 💪🏼

I'm struggling running a mile , and this guy here !!!
I dont know why or when I started watching these videos. They made me start running. Up to 3 miles next goal 5 . Then from there who knows
pretty sweet. great edit
I never comment videos but this one deserves everything!
I like where this is heading. Perhaps Nick will make his way to the Barkley marathons one year. That would be quality content and then some.
I just recently found your channel and I absolutely love the videos! 🙌🔥
Beast mode!
I can run upwards of ten miles on the road on any given day but even two miles on a trail wipes me out. I'm exhausted just watching Nick.
Best video 🤗👍😏
So pumped to go run tomorrow man
You are keeping me motivated! My first move is gonna be a halfmarathon. Im keeping up my training since i started in 12th june 2021. after that im heading to a marathon in frankfurt and then a Triathlon in frankfurt. Wish me luck. And keep up ur good content!!! 👍
