My mom used to make this dish when I was kid - I'm 67 now and I make this too in my instant pot - it's good to review another recipe though - you do it just like dear old mom! My job was to peel the potatoes and they weren't always big and firm like yours! Thanks for the memories!

Kay, I plan to make this dinner tonight...You mentioned it needed more salt...I will take that into account when putting the recipe together. I think Tom would have used a little Lawry Seasoning Salt on the Chops!

Is there another soup that would be a good substitute other than mushroom soup?? I only have cream of chicken and French onion soup
