I cooked mine for an hour and it was still partially pink on a couple pork chops and blood was on top of the gravy floating mixed in. Is this ruined and unsafe to eat? I almost fried mine in my large cast iron skillet prior and I'm guessing I should have. I didn't see the pork chops in this video being doneness.
Easy food that doesn't get a whole lot simpler? This literally takes at least 1 and a half hours from start to finish before you eat it. .. Not to mention the cost of all the ingredients. And then the clean up time. Easy food is 10 minutes. Then eating. And 5 minutes to clean up.

Making this right now. I added chopped mushrooms to the soup mix and some Worcestershire sauce. I can't wait to taste it! Thanks for the easy recipe 😁

Looks yummy! My mother used to do something similar only she put cream of tomato soup over the chops covered the dish with aluminum then baked it.

I haven't ever tried it with rice. I can't see why it wouldn't work.

I’d put my pork chops in the bottom of dish with potatoes on top so there be cheese on the potatoes instead! Just saying !
I understand - the difference is that putting the potatoes on the bottom means the pork stays more tender

It is extremely easy. Great meals don't come from a microwave.
