- How to cook pork chops in the oven*** Today I'm cooking pork chops. I have been making this pork chop recipe for many years and for many years my pork chops were pretty bland. Learning how to cook pork chops in the oven that were flavorful wasn't hard but more of learning about how to properly season meat. Once I learned this, my baked pork chops were always delicious.
Making delicious porks chops in the oven is no secret. The seasonings I used for this pork chop recipe were very simple but adds lots of flavors. This is an easy recipe that you can cook if you are just starting out or don't have much time.
**How to cook pork chops in the oven**
You'll need
1. Pork Chop of course!
2. Garlic powder
3. Onion powder
4. Seasoning salt
5. Pepper
6. Basil seasoning
7. Worcestershire sauce
Directions
*Note* There are no measurements for this recipe. I eyeballed everything. The key is to season the meat well and cover all the meat with the seasonings.
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
2. Add pork chops to a baking sheet and add seasonings adding the Worcestershire last.
3. Cook for 15 minutes
4. Remove from the oven and flip pork chops. Add Worcestershire sauce to other side and place back in the oven for 10 minutes.
5. Remove from oven and sprinkle additional basil seasoning and they are ready to serve.

One thing, don't be scared to touch the meat. That is what soap is for. The media has everyone so worried about cross-contamination. The best tools in the kitchen when seasoning and oiling meat is your hands. Just wash them well afterwards. Other than that, YUM YUM YUM MMMM !

It is called SHAKE AND BAKE You buy it at the store, comes also BBQ flavor. I guess you can take the SHAKE AND BAKE and apply with your fingers, that way nobody know you are purchasing SHAKE AND BAKE

The ones I bought were very thick so they weren't brown and crispy once they reached 165° so I broiled both sides for a few minutes and they were so tender and amazing! Thank you!

Easiest, fastest, BEST, baked porkchop recipe ever. Just be careful on the cooking timing, BC the thickness of your chops is the ultimate determining factor as it's easy to overcook with their prescribed timing. The coolio music doesn't hurt either :)
