Traxxas M-41 twin TFL P1 drives on 3S. Great runs. Love this boat with the 2 outdrive units in it.

- Packing Air in the Tunnel again! I hope to get better videos still of this thing running. A little dark and the lake was on an angle a little too :) I hope to buy a better camera soon and make better videos. Check out my other new video of the same hull in white with transom cut off and flattened to hold 2 TFL OUTBOARDS ON THE BACK! It runs great as well on 3S batteries.

Man, I was really hoping to see how you set that up. Are the motors and drives mounted proper out on the sponsons? I've seen one with the drives center mounted in the tunnel, and I didn't like it, but yours looks correct, from the one thumbnail image I can see... 👍🏻
Mine are correct. The other one with them in the tunnel area is not proper. My centerline of prop shafts is in line with sponsons bottoms. Dead center. Drives like a dream.

How much did the project cost in total
Well the drives cost $220.00 each and ESC'S about $100.00 each. I bought the bare hull only so that was only $150.00 with hatch. Then batteries and lots of labor, and custom mounts I had to make. I estimate worth around $800.00 value. Very time consuming fixing hull bottom to get rid of pod seamless and other holes filled and painted over. I love the boat though
