Thank You! It was a lot of hard work to convert the MLST to nitro. Glad you found yours and you are going to use it now. It is a fun truck even when electric with 2 motors. Add a 2s Lipo and it will run great!

Depending on your hull, yes they can go lower a bit. I have them mounted so that would be centerline of the props are even with the hull bottom. This way they can run surfaced like I wanted. Runs great!

Sorry. I actually sold this boat to pay for my twin outboard Skater I built. I can tell you it was incredibly fast! That green Bonzi was a bit too fast even on 6s per side. I may have a video sometime I can post but I really need to dig through some files. Thanks for checking out my stuff.

Hello, they are PN Racing wheels. I got them from Kenon RC. The wheels have been discontinued a long time ago. You might find some on eBay. but I purchased most of my hop ups when you could get them years ago. I even stocked up on lots of tires too. Good luck getting parts for these great cars.

Hello, thanks for viewing my video. I have both batteries located up in each sponson. That puts the CG at about 30 to 33 % from transom forward. Most cats run best with that balance point. Those outboards are heavy, so even my esc's are forward a bit to get the CG correct. I use 2 6000 6s batteries.

I believe they use the same rims. Just buy the tires you like and Losi only makes one size rim I believe. So allot ones will take super moto tires or knobbies.

Cos..supermoto tyres are smaller than stock knobbies ones 😅

I know. I have nerve damage in my hands and they shake. And my phone does not have stability control in the camera. I will start using my go pro if I want to make shake free videos.

Hello, Super happy you found my video and liked it! I'm glad you are getting an RS-32! Excellent little cars. I would immediately go on eBay and get the high grip rear tires, ball bearings and any aluminum parts you can find still. Then put a 2s lipo in it. It will run much better. The lipo really wakes up the speed. As far as the Epochs, I will have to see if I am using a 1s or 2s on those. But hey run better too. I never use my metl-rech cars. I ended up getting a couple of the 1:76 turbo racing Challenger's and the Semi Truck. They are really nice. I do like the Digi Q formula cars a lot as well and may convert to lipo. The RS-32 will be great fun for you It is 2.4ghz so that is nice. I may be selling some I Racers and maybe one Metl-tech car. Thanks again for your nice comments and look me up on Facebook if you want. That way I can send pictures if needed of my mods to cars. I agree that the quality micro scene has faded. It's sad. I love most of my vintage micros. Dnano's we're always stupid expensive. Way overpriced. But I like them on an RCP track because they are small and fast. Keep me posted on any new cars you get. @@vigilanterc thanks for the info, appreciate it! grabbed a full set of hop ups for the RS32 and a sealed in box Calsonic GTR Nikko Iracer similar to the one you have! The 1:76 scale Turbo rcs are pretty fun and the truck is nice as well so hopefully those cars will bring a new generation of fans to micro rc. ​@@bovinedevine2715 Hello, glad you got the hop ups for the RS-32. By the way did you get the iracer Calsonic gtr from eBay for $110.00? If so, that was MY car I sold you! That would be so funny. Small world indeed. I would definitely do the lipo upgrade for the HPI car. But maybe later after you have fun with it in stock form. Be careful removing the body. The small spring will slide right off the small wire rod it sits over. The rear pod is very flexible and can cause the rod to pull out of the hole it goes into. I hope to make more micro videos. Those tires are actually Losi Replacement tires. Just look up stock tires and they will be the originals. Even with the lettering on the sides.

Hello. Not sure why they got discontinued. They are actually really nice to drive. They even had plans to make a high performance 1:32 Version of these but it got scrapped. Converting to lipo was the best thing and adding the bearings, and alloy and softer tires really make them great! Wish I bought more of them myself. I don't really know of any other 1:32 2.4 ghz RC cars like these. If I find someone I'll keep you posted. Thanks for checking out my videos!

Interesting. We'll have to wait and see. I can't imagine them including $500.00 worth of alloy for the same price, but who knows? I did hear that Losi is planning to release another product based on this platform. Maybe a sport bike? Hmmm. Lots of possibilities. For now I have already spent the $$$.$$ on extras. Well Losi is not getting the laugh on me. Because I did not buy any Losi parts. Except for the rear sprocket. The rest is GPM and Treal RC. Thanks for the info and insight. 😁

Hello. Since I don't have those particular cars I'm not sure what batteries. However they usually use tiny 2/3aaa rechargeable nicad cells. You will have to take it apart to see what you battery situation is. Worst case you just find on eBay and replace. Sometimes you have solder the wires. Sorry I could not be much help. Good luck.

I know it's a classic. But the glow fuel is hard to find for these engines and they make such a mess. The flight performance will be preserved. I know I am commiting an RC crime here, but that is what I do......modify and improve them. Sorry

Hello, thanks for asking about mounts. If I were you I would just order the alloy versions on offshore electrics .com. they are only $18 each. I would have to set up my CNC machine and mine are made from Delrin. I only made mine because I wanted to have a special offet and be unique. Sorry I'm not set up to make any more at the moment due to limited time. I appreciate you checking in.

Hi there. They actually sell a nice aluminum bracket for that out board. It would be much cheaper than me having to set up the CNC machine and finding the g code data for it. I made these so long ago. Offshore electrics sells the alloy ones. Thanks for checking out my project.

Well that length hull makes it really only good with the 1/5 scale ones like I used on my 53 inch central marine skater. The problem is balance point. For a 49 inch hull, you would need to mount the batteries and escs very forward on the hull. The next size down outboard is too small. If you go sterndrive, you could go single drive with a monster motor (5690) like I did in my 47 inch lightning cat. That boat runs great. Assuming you have a Cat hull?

Oh yeah. The outboards I have are from offshore electrics. If you get 2 outboards prepare to spend lots of $$$ to get each one going.

Hello. I may have an extra set I could sell you. If you are comfortable cutting them out, and placing without wrinkles. They will need to be clear coat painted after they are completely dry. These are very thin and fragile like any water slide decals. I'll get back to you. If I do t have an extra set I will have to get more decal paper.

Well I'm not sure what you need. But upgrading to a 180 mah to a 200 mah 2 cell lipo is a good place to start. I'm not sure what the kv of the motor is. I'll have to check that. Also I like the straight drive better. It has less binding than stock set up. Also if you watched the video of it running it bounces a little bit. But has much longer run time.

Nice sized track and good driving too! I have the RCP track but no room to set it up. That track you have provides nice grip for a Dnano. Very nice!!!!

@@vigilanterc the grip is only good for about not even 3 minutes and I'm running high grip silicone tires but the dust is my problem even when I clean the track and tires. I roll the cars on duck tape when I start getting to much oversteer, but the track is awesome and fast setup and tear down. I'm limited space too that track was in my living room with the wife gone all day and I had to stand the couch on it's end and move it out of the way to get my 7x14 layout. I did a bigger track there 9x15 with very little walking space and no wife.

@@TheToymanbb I love how resourceful you are with limited space! I also appreciate the "no Wife" clause. That and moving the couch shows your dedication running the cars. I do similar thing with slot cars too. Running the tires over sticky tape after many laps. The immediate grip is great

@@vigilanterc yep the tape trick I learned from doing slots in the 70's, and I used to race a little in the 80's and I loved it but I couldn't go to a lot of meets then but my older brother was racing 1/2 scale indoor in the late 70's early 80's regionally like Cleveland, Toledo and Michigan I think and he got my hooked on racing and when he quit gave me some cars, transmitter and carpet. But I didn't have time or space to setup and race starting out my new family so that got put on the back burner and when the Dnano's came out I got one and hobby town in Holland Ohio had I track and I got back into it then they faded away and life took up my time again. Then just last year I got out my Mazda and started buying up cars and parts then I seen the track on eBay and here I am keeping up my driving skills LoL

No. Actually it vac formed like a car body but I was solid White ABS plastic.

Hello,. I carefully broke off each white pin lock brackets on each side of body. Then I glued them back in in a lower position on body. The the body will sit higher on the chassis to clear the new larger tires. Hope that helps. Just be very careful when removing the glued brackets! It may take a little at a time until it comes off. If it goes well, there will be the original slots to glue back on.

It's all good. I love the scale looks and think it will fly even better as electric and 4 channel control. It will still appear to be stock other than the sound of course. I know it's a classic bird, but I will do a nice job on it. I promise.

Hello. I guess is it completely ready to run or just the bare hull? It is a rare boat. If it has everything in it then $150.00 to 200.00 would be fair. Hull only would be worth $50.00 to 80.00 I'm opinion. Hope that helps.

@@vigilanterc it’s totally complete. Has the hull with flex drive in box don’t think it was ever put together. With old 2channel transmitter/ old charger with the big dial!! And nimh batteries still in plastic. Looks like they bought everything needed then sat on shelf till now!!! Lol
