It's bull crap the Google 4A right up to the 7 pro or all the same screen size 6.7 in can we all get a bigger screen on the Google phone lineup you think they would
Finally, Google has a pro version in a smaller form factor. If trade-in for the 8 is high, I'll move to the 9 pro. Otherwise, I'll keep my 8 until the 10 comes out putting the 9 pro on sale then I'll take the plunge.
I wouldn't be mad if they went with a pill cutout like the honor phone for a 3D face scan type of deal for unlocking

Looks great, my girlfriend just got her pixel 8 pro and loves it. Pixel is very tempting to switch to from my Samsung...
Better wait for the Pro 9; but: I also understood that the Google Pixel 10 Pro would have a TMSC chip (the 9 will still have a Tensor ship by Samsung)

@@adversary22Yes i got pixel 8 pro.. when i use my internet and not from wifi(that time its al good i dont know why) it gets so hot + if i turn bluetooth with earphones its insane.. i didnt expect this in this era of technology.. im dissapointed i had high hopes since its google

I’ve been with Apple product since 1983 and I’ve been wanting to swap over to a pixel for the last five years. Almost did it until the release of the one-race Gemini, and that kind of turned me off. Maybe by October I’ll get over it. 🤷♂️
How is the smallest one still 6.2"... I didnt want to get rid of my pixel 2 because it was 5" and easy to reach all the corners in the hand. I decided to compromise and put up with a 6" screen on my P5 because the software on my P2 kept getting buggier and buggier, thinking surely I'll be able to get something smaller next time. I do not want to go higher than 6", it hurts to pull down my notifications with one hand. If the 9 was 6" and maybe didn't have a protruding camera (seriously, who likes resting their camera lens on the table when putting their phone down...) it would be an insta buy for me but 6.24" is just way too big for me.
I struggle on smaller phones now I've got used to large ones. It's weird as I never thought I'd say that! But I have large hands and big fingers so I find it easier to use larger phones.
My 8pro rests on a table without any issues or wobbles because the bar is actually sensibly designed.
You need to remember modern phones use a different aspect ratio to the screen making them much smaller. The current pixel 8 is about the same size as the pixel 2.
But modern phones are very powerful and produce a lot of heat. Small phones are gonna heat up more due to less space for hot air to escape / smaller heat chambers. Also, they have to cater to demand. People these days just want a larger phone

Google is definitely wanting the Pixel 9 series to become the go-to A.I. phone of this generation.
Unfortunately, Samsung has a HUGE hold on the Andriod market right now, so the Pixel line still end up as a niche product.
Samsung's hold is hardly unfortunate. Until Google puts out better hardware that isn't being Weekend at Bernied by software they don't deserve more market share.

The bump on the Pixel lineup is the best. Both the Galaxy & iPhone are wobbly when you want to type on a flat surface.
@@BananaBlooD9517 It is just too thick in my opinion. The bump on my Pixel 5 is super flat and still the camera makes awesome Photos.

I'd rather have a thicker body & little to no camera bump but I'm so used to having thick cases the camera bump isn't an issue anymore
