    I made the tofu smoothie (tofu, banana, choco protein powder, and almond milk) and OMG I'm loving it so much!! Amazing consistency. I love that you aren't afraid to use soy like most Americans, because I love it and have it almost every day!

      They say your body uses soy as female hormones, but everyone here forgets that mama cow milk has a ton of mammalian female hormones. Lol

      @@juliai3956 yup.. mumma cow naturally has tons and tons of mammalian hormones ..but to top it all..dairy industries inject the cows with some more hormones so that they can suck the shit out of her..
      By the way.. estrogen in soy in plant estrogen and thus doesn't cause man boobs or mingles with your hormones

    I have been into fitness and weight training for four years. I am also a female that is vegan and interested in bodybuilding. It just has been so difficult since my goal is to gain muscle and burn fat while I would lose weight and feel like I’ve lost muscle ever since I became a vegan three years ago. This video motivated me in remaining consistent and focussed on my goal. I am excited for reaching my body goals. I love your vibe and I’m glad that you shared your daily routine. It helps a lot since I am also into cooking and I am surrounded by fit meat eaters that obviously wouldn’t help for my case. Thanks for your video! I will be watching more!

      k sm yes! I say atleast body weight +5-15 if possible :) a massive amount of excess is totally not needed ! And 6-7 years :)

    Hi 😊 do you intuitively eat or do you track macros/ calories? And how many hours do you workout every day/ week? I want to start a vegan diet (and I was on one for months) but I’m a teenager and my mom strongly don’t support me eating a vegan diet and she made me strong to eat meat again because a doctor said that eggs and meat helps with not getting COVID. Is it healthy to be vegan at a young age?

    Excellent video and food. I don't use protein powders either because if you eat enough vegan whole plants foods I don't think you will have to. I would rather eat beans, legumes, grains, seeds, nuts and all the vegetables and fruits to provide me with the nutrients my body needs.

    It would help a lot if you added more footage of you cooking. We don't get to see how you chop all the veggies & how you made the sauce. I know you linked the recipe in the description but I just feel like the main reason people watch "what I eat in a day vids" is so we can learn how to make the recipes you're showing. I would love to see more footage of you preparing & cooking the food & less footage of everything else. With love! :)

    I recommend trying the Agoge diet if you want to build muscle as fast as possible. It worked great for me.

    Yum, protein all day every day!!! Your arms are actually INSANE. It's quite frustrating for me to put on muscle since my body likes to hold onto fat more readily--I just have a softer body with somewhat of a small build, but I just end up looking fluffy if I gain weight :( THE STRUGGLE IS REAL!
