I spent about another 300 to mod the fader and the tone arm, and speaker etc... this omni, doent need any mods...and it has Bluetooth

A few questions. Can the phono and line outs be used interchangeably? Can you use line or phono to a mixer? What is the best way to power at home to a wall socket or a portable battery? If battery what is recommended?

Ive been looking for that Fresher app, & the DJ Player Pro app, but then realized DJ Player Pro is for Apple, & this was supposed to be Androids first DVS set up with your smartphone, or tablet, etc.. It asked them, at Headache Sounds Electronics, but they sort of didnt have an answer as far as the DVS side of things, & was really hoping to see if theirs a way to do this, with my Android phone, so I have that DVS option, at least. Lol I tried reaching out to Headache Sounds Electronics, but sometimes they'll take a minute to answer, and I figured if anybody knows their stuff with the OMNI Portable Turntable, its you homie. If theirs some app thats compatible with both my Android LG STYLO 4 smartphone, & my OMNI, ive got the 7" Serato vinyl ready to lock & load... Lol. Bahahahaha... Cool man, please let me know if theirs any option for this, I didnt realize y'all were selling these, I had actually ordered mine the first time you even showed these beasts. Lol. pick this ...i have ordered this one 😏🤗In my opinion, a ps5 or xbox series cannot be as productive as the Omni dvs Turtabele .. With the device (Omni turntables, however, it also depends on the user what productivity and ingenuity in terms of turntableism 😏😅

Can you please elaborate on using this turntable for purely listening? I’m looking for a second deck and I feel like this would be awesome to bring around for picnics and to record shops to test out records. Currently there is no info on how this player works as a hifi device, just people mindlessly scratching. A proper review with hifi enthusiasts in mind would be extremely appreciated. I’d like to know more before I drop 400 bucks on this thing. I’ll buy it through your site if you could do this!
It's got a higher quality tone arm & needle than most portables. I'd say great picnics and to record shops to test out records. I'm about to buy one. I'm assuming it has higher sound quality than most portables.
From the looks of it, it seems to be paired with the smartphone via the "fresh app"! Now if native instruments make a traktor scratch app you might have to do the same. However, There is a line out to connect an audio interface if you already own traktor, so essentially you can use traktor if you have a 7" timecode record.
@@dojibwe1 Did you ever get the Omni to work with Mixxx? I saw your comment on the Mixxx forum, which got no replies, and so I have been hesitant to just repost the exact same question. I tried using Serato control vinyl and could not get any response out of Mixxx. I could verify that Omni sends the digital audio signal, but Mixxx will not react to it. Headache Sound responded to my questions and told me that it should with with Mixxx and that they had tested "Mixxx on MacOS", but I could never get it to work, and they did not give me any more specific configuration suggestions.
@@MikeKelleher no i didnt. i got nothing, when I looked at the calibration it was making a square. I dont have iOs anything and Im a PC user and therefore cant use djplayerpro. I think headachesound is focusing on this new android app they created called fresher. I have sent several messages asking to be a beta tester but they haven't responded. Im not sure whats going on. I just hooked my portable into my mixars duo so I can use Serato with it - not ideal in terms of portability...

I think this is a DJ mixing tool and would not be useful for normal playback. Another portable like a NuMark would likely be a better choice.

I don't think so - it doesnt work with Serato. Dj Player Pro for iOs and their own Fresher app for Android, which is still in beta.
