Absolutely love both my OMNI Portable Turntable, & my Reloop Spin portable turntable, haven't ever used the DVS though. Just wish the crossfader wouldn't screw up, to where I have to take it apart, & fiddle with the guts to get it functioning correctly
Yo diggidee dawg.....u ever try the reloop with a proper, aftermarket, platter (solid/stable) and inno fader?? .. how do you think they compare- which feels less cramped/ somewhat normal/more room between the fader and platter, compared to a regular setup? ..not much room between the hands on these portables, obviously. The numark pt-01 was definently cramped for me. It seems that even with all of omni's bells and whistles, that the scratch feel might be best on a reloop (for an all in one portable) ..has anyone else tried both the omni and the reloop...what do you think?
@@opaz. OK cool I'll try to find out the stylus model No. That will likely give me the tracking force... apparently is 3.5g - not the best for your records.
thanks 4 this great video, i subscribed to ur channel. I steh fader and AUTOMATIC fader that works bu pressing the botton? i dont see why u say V2, it doesnt show on its web tham k u very much in advance for ur reply
It can be connected to a computer/tablet for digital scratching. The omni works with serato timecode vinyl but I don't think it can be used with serato software yet
Ordered a black OPAZ. Didnt ask many questions. Can the headshell be removed or accept a concorde scratch ( If not Id maybe by a different cart ) if a better cart is needed. What is cut in like? With ac power via usb and plug does it still need batteries in or does ac just power omni?
Tony, you can get a bihari tonearm mod on the omni and use your concorde scratch. Cut is on. You don't need any batteries in the omni. USB or AC will power it without any batteries installed. Hope this helps
@@opaz. Thanks OPAZ. Seen about the bihari. A whole tonearm for the concorde? Not sure. If the tonearm were easy install and better amps ( if it needs amp also ) then maybe. What about other carts like the vnl style or the cart that is already on omni?
Finally a newer vid of this in action!. Got mine in january, love using it, might pick up a second one.
👍🏼
where can I get it
Where can you buy them
Madness!!! Ordered my mint 2020 version in red. Hopefully arrived soon
😆👍🏻
I have Numark Pt01but this omni looks solid and the faders on both sides are just awesome.
You gotta give it a go!
Wow! Yes I dig it! Must have one. I sold my modded out Numark PT01 Scratch in favor of waiting for a fully tricked out product like this.
👌🏼
I just got mine yesterday. Love it so far!!!
Nice! 👍🏻
Letmehearrur808... have you ever tried the reloop?
@@sknock3922 no what's that?

I like the improved stylus. Do you know the tracking force?
No idea of tracking force unfortunately

What’s the replacement belt on this in case it snaps? Is it the same size as the reloop spin or vestax pt-01
Can't answer that. I'm sure Headachesound can
I'm new to this , can you connect that to a computer and do degital scratching exp with serato dj?

It shoulda had a thumb drive for direct digitizing of records on the go
Can a concorde( scratch )be mounted on this tonearm?
With a bihari arm mod, yes
im interested in portable batteries, the ones announced here in the intro, how do i get them?
What country?
th eultra pitch allows to get to 16 rpm and 78 rpm?
With tolerances of 15% at rpm + ultra, 78 should be possible!
can we see it with the needle on the 12" and playing
