Glen,
I thought, there is NO WAY Glen is going to make a riser for a Build-A-Cade, but here it was! But before I pulled out the pitchforks without watching the video, I knew there was a reason, so I stayed tuned.
I remember back in the day when some complained about Arcade1Up selling optional risers. Many said they were too expensive and they could come up with different solutions, or they could build something better and cheaper on their own. Then I'd see some of those same people acquiesce and start buying Arcade1Up risers. Sometimes it's about having something made specifically for the product at hand.
Now, with the Build-A-Cade, same thing. Could one stack a couple of books on a table, so they can see the Build-A-Cade display better? Sure, but having something that's tailor made, looks and plays the part without having to grab a bunch of books every time? Worth it to some.
I prefer risers, or two piece designs, when it comes to my 3/4 Scale arcade machines. It makes the machines manageable for me to move and situate as I'm not as strong as I used to be. There are plenty of folks out there who think they know what's best for everyone, some even make fun of me on streams and try to paint the narrative that no one wants risers. But I think options make things better and I don't run folks down who don't prefer what I do. Could you imagine if we only had one choice of cabinet in the Home Arcade space, Arcade1Up? I can feel the shudder.
Keep inventing Glen and encouraging others to build with you! Some solutions won't be for everyone, but for the one's you put a smile on their face? Worth it!

I tried printing the build a base and the sides to the donkey Kong thing and it’s all hard to print with my Ender 3. Too large for my bed.
Yes..I agree.. the new DK screen and new base be much easier
Or maybe make a product with a viewable screen right out of the box.
It absolutely! Is viewable, some of the taller People have a problem.
When I hear people have issues. I try to make somerhings to fix it for them 😊
