They also shadow ban comments. I can see my spicy comments while i'm logged into my account but if a use a vpn and don't log into my account my comments are no where to se found.
Commenting for the algorithm so more people see this. They are only adding more features to shadow ban not removing them. There’s a new feature that shadow bans comments for everyone but the person you tag now.
Ian, what do you think about congress passing legislation that would require Big Tech to disclose if a user is "shadow banned" or not? I'd be all in for that!
What happens when you have an employee that works at CZcams headquarters who gets jealous of certain people and channels and they go in and shadow ban your channel. What’s the protocol for something like that, does it have to go through different levels of approval, or is one person in charge of it and they are the gate keepers?
They shadowban comments too. Doesn't seem to be rhyme or reason either. Of course there's certain trigger words and phrases etc. but some very benign comments get shadow banned. Not sure if it's percentage basis get cut or quantity within a certain time period or what.
I am much more worried, that CZcams shadowbans my comments all the time. It also shadowbans comments from others with whom i have (absolutely normal) discussions. It got almost impossible to have a conversation with people in the comments and interchange different opinions. Its terrifying !

What are smaller channels like me supposed to do if we suspect we are shadow banned? I see the option of help is only available to partners, I believe I'm shadow banned, and I haven't done anything.
Im shadowbanned and 100 percent sure. Idk what to do. I removed all my content off youtube and gave up. I know im banned because I use to have a few junk channels that would grow at a normal rate. My channel would get 2 subs for putting out 30 videos in a month while 1-2 of those videos always got a strike. My other channel grew by the 100s when I didn't even put any effort.
As a TubeBuddy Engineer this is one of the most fascinating things for me. I've been trying to find a channel to study in order to see if there is/are identifiable markers in the under-the-hood metadata in CZcams Studio that could confirm a ban. I know the channel Liberal Hivemind got a shadowban a month before the 2020 elections. Their suggested traffic sources went to zero when it was their biggest source. When that happens new subs come to a halt making growth impossible. If your channel has had this I would love to collab, reply and I can get in contact. Sry Ian for highjacking this short :) <3

They make sure you get zero likes on comments and get get all obnoxious cheesy just lavishing likes on their little AI loves.
Doesn't matter if a (here's a lawyer term) "alleged" human reviews it. They will make up a lie/excuse to justify their corrupt decision.
