To be fair, if you look at the light novel's illustrations: you CANNOT see Cid's face when he's playing Shadow. That's a change from the Manga version that was then incorporated into the anime.

@@kazuya8439 nuclear magic in tensura is basically the same as nuclear weapons. its strength and size depends on the caster. Razen's nuclear magic is weak compared to other users, but it should be enough to level at least a town. It is imo on par with cid's I am atomic on a smaller scale (against Zenon), but the way diablo handled that shows how easily nuclear attacks could be defended against in the tensura verse. nuclear magic is just another powerful skill in the tensura world, whereas I am atomic is easily one of the strongest skill in Cid's world

Rimuru is definitely stronger, especially after obtaining all those ultimate skills. Since a lot of those skills are governed by their own rules so characters can't just ignore them with huge amounts of mana.
