I'm sorry to inform what you're watching is not the fix, but there is a fix for this it's called fitting the correct coolant cap which is a red colour, coolant cap it's a modified cap coolant cap which is available in the UK I'm not sure other countries and also when I spoke with the Mercedes-Benz technician he also told me a coolant bleed was carried out so basically car have an electric coolant pump which needs to bleed out the air out of the system
If you have removed both caps and then replaced them. The light should go off. If not then you need to have the car tested for issue. Let us know if you resolved the issue.

We have done an updated video with the fix.
Merdes has a repair fix changing the left black plug with a red one intead.
I have a red one and it does not open. And i am getting the same error
the also changed a valve in the coolant circuit @@bahawalahmad9577
