Did you guys install the mods or were you able to get these mods installed at a shop? I just got my E210 but I don't have the space in my garage to mod and do some of the things I wanna do.
Great video man! I know you probably been asked this a lot, but is that a spacer in the rear? I’m running enkei nt03+m on 18x8 +35. Is there any size spacer you recommend to make the rear of my hatch flush?
Thanks! Yes we do run a spacer in the rear. 15mm. Our wheels are 18x8.5 ET45

I got my 2021 corolla in a very similar way. My mom had her Tacoma in for service. Here's a flame blue Rolla manual. It was delivered to my dealership the night before I found it while I was with lot lottering with mom.

Is the exhaust loud and did you have a resonator ?
we have this with the 1.8 hybrid engine with 122 HP and a good FUEL efficiency. still wondering if i should choose this or the 1.5 gen 4 mazda hatch which has a very nice interior but lower fuel efficiency and less HP.

We had Apex'i do the install so I'm not sure. Gonna say they had to drill the holes.

I don’t quite understand how the additional oem spoiler fits in conjunction with the factory spoiler.
Does that Tom's racing rear diffuser come with the little winglet at the corners of the diffuser or is that separate?
Yes it comes with the 2 winglet pieces
Can the Coilovers go lower than your current setting?
I prefer my cars a bit lower than yours and would love to use Tom’s since they’ve always provided aftermarket support for Toyota’s.
Yes they go much lower. This is our daily so don't want to be scraping and bottoming out all the time.

Have you guys noticed any mpg drop after all the mods you have done on this car? I'm running a stock xse and I get about 25 on avg. I'm digging the look! Great build and enjoy guys
Didn't really notice a big drop at all. We also drive the car pretty hard all the time, so we typically see about same as you, 24-25 on avg.
How bout that shitty gas mileage now 3/14/22 ...me? Stock 2019 SE hatch 6mt 40 mpg...

The wheels have allot to do with the mpg just took off the 18s and put regular 16 by 6.5
Love mine so far I’ve had mine for almost two years now I heard the 2021 hatchback coming out will have 269 hp because Toyota and Mazda are working together on the Platform the guy at the dealership told me the other day when I had my car Serviced pretty kool hearing about that it needs more power I love the looks of it I like yours the rims are nice you need to get the windows Done lol.

Don't have the part number, but we got them from Apexi. Hit them up. They aren't a US OEM part. Have to have them brought in from Toyota Japan

Can I ask what exhaust you have? Did you do a resonator delete? Headers?
Tom's Racing exhaust as mentioned in the video. Cat back, no resonator delete. No headers (its a 4 cyl so just header)

This is esecially my car I have the 19 corolla hatch XSE also in blue flame with the 6 Speed Manual, Im looking to get the toms kit as well but can't seem to find a way to get it into Canada as thats where I'm at. Calgary. Frustrating but seeing your build so far makes me want it more. I believe the toms titanium tip exhaust will look great with the paint. As well as I'm adding the rims and cannards from the 2021 corolla hatch special edition. Just waiting and searching till I can finally make it happen.

That is not correct. Installing an aftermarket exhaust will not void your warranty.

I wanna slap that exhaust on my 19 Hatch. I got mine with the 6MT, but it didn’t have the OEM spoiler.
Also, the high gloss center console is such a pain to keep clean. Haha
Do it! It's not insanely loud, which is good in our opinion. You can get the spoiler directly from Toyota and installed for not that much. I believe we paid under $500 for the spoiler already painted and installed.

We drive the car like a go kart, so average @ 22-23 mpg. I'm guessing if we chilled out it would hit 27-29
How much did you guys end up spending on the Tom's racing body kit?
We got one of the first kits so the pricing I believe now is a tad higher. Get with Apexi' and see what they can offer you!

That's crazy! My wife and I just went to our local dealership for the CH-R. But with the version we wanted it would take 60 days to order. So we walk into the main showroom and there sits the 2021 Corolla special edition. Bought it on the spot.

Actually no drone at all! It's more on the quiet side vs loud.

Does not affect the warranty
Aftermarket intakes, chips, etc those void warranties. But you can get the TRD intake for corolla without voiding warranty. After my warranty is up I’m planning on putting good intake on, aftermarket exhaust, chip it. I have 2020 corolla LE.
What mods under the hood
Nothing at the time of video, but now has an AEM cold air intake and Tom's Racing Upper and lower suspension braces.

Does the exhaust affect the mpg significantly?
Not sure. MPG was never a concern for us so haven’t really paid attention.
Love the Corolla hatch way sportier than Mazda 3. Maybe change the Toyota emblem to black.

Sister just bought a 2020 in the same colour. Fantastic looking car but the performance is meh. Toyota should've put a turbo on the zr model which could compete with the golf gti and focus st. Shame.
Agreed. Love the car, but it was built to definitely be a grocery getter. Still fun in the twisties if you beef up the suspension.

At the time of the video (and even now) there were no performance mods. Currently only performance adds are an AEM CAI and the exhaust. There's a header floating around that has been sketch, and that's really it.
I still don't understand why car manufacturers prioritize Apple car play over Android auto. Way more Androids than apples

Love the look of the hatch i own one. Here my complaint and wanted to throw up when I saw it was automatic with a custom exhaust why???? This car would had been sick in stick shift!!!!
Why can't you put an exhaust on an automatic car? Car sounds way better than stock, and the CVT still has shifting points to enjoy the exhaust note change. We have other cars that are manual and track, and this is our daily. Manual really sucks in LA traffic.
