  • Ride-On Tire Protection System ("Ride-On TPS") is a gel-like tire sealant and balancer containing fibers six times stronger than steel that coat the inner liners of tires. This protective tire sealant coating is formulated to prevent flats caused by punctures, hydrodynamically balance tire/wheel assemblies (with or without wheel weights) for the life of a tire, extend tire life by lowering tire operating temperatures and helping tires maintain their set-point pressures by eliminating porosity air loss.

    Hey everyone. I bought a case of this stuff a few years ago and been running it in 3 of my motorcycles. Last month, I got a flat in my rear FJR tire from a small nail then one in my front tire the next day. Both were center tread. The rear tire deflacted in less than 2 minutes of driving on the interstate.
    In all four tires I have used this in until they were worn, the product did NOT look like what you see in the video; it looked like pink potato soup and had no viscosity to it at all. Certainly it is not a 'gel' and it pools to the bottom of the tire when you stop and can be sucked out easily with a shop vac.
    So, the one (two) times I needed it, it did nothing. In fact, I used a twig to fill the hole long enough to put 20 psi in the tire and limp to a Walmart.
    If the manufacturers of this snake oil want their product back for testing, contact me. I have no further use for it.

    It doesn't work on an inner tube because the inner tube can expand a tyre cant

    Why it didn't seal a hole made by a screw in an inner tube?

    • @winniepeg8393
      @winniepeg8393 Před 2 lety

      No sealant works on inner tubes because the inner tube expands

      @@winniepeg8393 it actually did seal it after inflating it again
