Colin Farrell On ‘Absurd’ New Film, Met Gala And Harry Potter Prequel | TODAY

In his new movie “The Lobster,” an award winner at Cannes, Colin Farrell portrays a man who must find love in 45 days - or he’ll turn into an animal. The actor admits to Savannah Guthrie that the movie is “absurd and odd and strange,” but adds that it’s “ultimately moving.” He says that if he had to turn into an animal, he’d prefer a falcon to a “bottom-feeding crustacean” like a lobster. He also comments on attending Monday night’s “beautiful” Met Gala.

seriously I never used to acknowledge him in the past, thought he was just an other good looking actor but recently he got a mature charm on him which made me curious and I looked up interviews and immediately fell in love. He is so funny, witty and well spoken that I was rather surprised that I never looked him up earlier.
