I Changed The Preload on the KTM 250 Adventure | How does it feel now?

In this video I talk about my experience in changing the mono shock preload of the KTM 250 Adventure and how it feels on and off the road with this particular setting. I did enjoy riding the bike on the road with this setting. I will try setting in and adjusting it more to find out how the bike behaves.

Bro i have an ktm adv 390 X in order toget my foot planted can i ask them to change the rear suspension preload will it lower the seat height ?

Not exactly brother, don't change preload based on that, you might find the suspension to be stiffer. Find a video about adjusting preload based on your weight, calculate it and change it accordingly (I don't know how to correctly do it, which was why I was checking different settings). And btw you can do it on your own.

Yes it does, you have analysed it correctly friend. It does make some difference, I do have a planted foot otherwise itself, but with this I can feel that I'm lower. But the total travel room of the monoshock reduces.

you went from preload setting of 2 to 3 and height got lowered ?
I thought its opposite. Also making it 2 to 3 makes it more stiff or plush ?

Going from point 2 to 3 reduces the suspension travel hence making the overall feel stiffer.
