Same bro heating issue here after second service. 10000 km done , braking no problem , my coolant colour changed green 💚 to yellow 💛 or orange 🧡 something they refused to change till 25k km I fought with them and changed my coolant oil i just contacted ktm India they said two different type of users (1 ) short riders ( local communication ) coolant oil not a problem for them (2) long riders ( tourer communicator) so we have to change coolant oil in regular intervals . Some one Said oil is mixing with coolant oil so they need to answer me this was happened in my case
Observe the coolant colour when u take out the bike if there oil mixing in take to service centre they will solve it.coolant is not performing it task properly.

Wind shield is fixed on a single bolt there are 2 settings, Set it for lower setting. There will be no vibration at all. trying this may solve the issue.
STAY WITHIN 7K RPM! if you go near or above 7k rpm before the rpm unlock, you'll have vibrations on the brake footpegs. Once it's unlocked, it's butter smooth until 9k rpm in 5th gear you should make this review after 500km after your first service so that you do not mislead people

Buy Xpulse 4v , coz looking at the bike and listening to ur review u r Definetly riding ur bike roughly without maintaining it ... For performance and vibration issue every 500-600 kms clean ur Chain maintain it well And do ur service time to time Change your engine oil on time
I got this bike on 27th January as republic offer 2022.the bike was 2021 manufactured and no one buyed 😂🤣 so dey suggested me and after negotiating i buyed this bike for 2.45 lacs brand new onroad!.. i think adv 250 after sale is not good.
The price you got this is super doper amazing and talking about after sales they dont pay toomuch attention on adv250 than 390 adv i dont know what mentality they think is or the way they think but aome of the services centres are good. So search the best service centre near your locality

Bt dey say it is because,the bike is brand new. But my adv grabs lots of attention in towns and even in my village people ask and think dat my bike price is 10 lacs above dats why i love to ride😂🤣.nways ride safe brother👍👍

Sanding the pads every 1k kms might fix also clean disc
Japanese engines are more reliable, better to go with the Suzuki V storm..
So which adventure bike is best under 3L cause as per your observation there are many disadvantages in ktm 250 adventure

One of the best 250 cc motorcycle is ktm adventure go for it very very refined engine take test drive then you understand 👍🏾
If you can compromise with power delivery than you should go with RE Himalayan and you will get more torq in it.
