    Thanks Mukesh for such an insightful interview.
    Tarun is a national treasure and my salute to him. I think Ather is the first decent product made in our country that is truly world-class and something that we can be proud of. I am amazed at its build quality and refinement. This youngster has done better than all big industrial houses and PSUs in India put together. He deserves a Bharat Ratna.
    I wish the other manufacturing companies in India take notice of what Tarun and his team have attained. What maturity and sincerity at such a young age!

    Can u ask a question, can then if they can build the new plant or assembly line on 2nd floor or current plant? For scooters, it must b possible no? Why waste so much space already available?

    So true! strategy is not complex, but some simple things executed rightly !
    I remember the early cult pitch of trainers & center managers, that we are a fitness center, work on functional fitness & will work with your body on your body :) Simple clear & on point

    18:39 Disagree, gym is a fad which lot of people take to. Real fitness happens in football and cricket grounds, swimming pools, badminton courts. Over time people realise they wanna have fun and stay fit...

    EV is a short-sighted story as EV tires are 50% more expansive and they last 30% less than normal tires, leaving aside the cost of replacing the batter in 8-10 years wherein the cost of vehicle will be ZERO v/s combustion vehicles which holds their value for a much longer period!

    • @rho992
      @rho992 Před 26 dny

      battery value doesn't become 0 after 8-10 years, good quality batteries still have 80% range after 8-10 years.
      The cost of batteries have only dropped over the years.
      EV fundamentally is a better and simpler vehicle with way better acceleration instant torque and no direct particulate pollution. It even saves the precious foreign reserves i.e reduces import bill of the country (petroleum is the no. 1 import of India)

      Also you are comparing pinnacle of ICE after 100 years to the start of EVs, they are only going to get better.
