Not being an athlete, it's easy for me to say but maybe the break up of the IOC has to start with the athletes themselves. Here's a crazy idea, boycott the games. I understand that athletes invest years in training and for many of them it's a one shot life opportunity to be a medalist.
Maybe the athletes could learn something from the Ukrainians. Just saying.

I don't know why some viewers seem to have problems with sound so I did a sound check with a decibel meter app between 3 sites and yours. The average decibels from your video is pretty much the same as the other sites except for one which was slightly lower. Hope this helps

Through history sport has not be linked to states actions, i do beleive they should be separate but a middle option would be athelets compite without a Flag, all of them just run as individuals or clubs. Regarding the institutions estructure you are spot on, it should be totally reformed and supervised externally.

Don't worry. Norway and the other Nordic countries will boycott the Winter Olympics if Russia is invited and I cannot foresee any commercial company that want's to be associated with war crimes. We all know who actually rules the games ... politics and money, not the IOC.
