Look up Menno Power Show on youtube and our mill appears at 1:02. You can see we're missing that top cog but we run ours on a flat belt.

Thanks for posting. Glad to know what the make is. We have the same mill but have it rigged up to run on belt power. You can see it at the tail end of the you tube video for Menno Powershow 2012. What else do you know about this make? When and where was it made? Thanks
