How To Fix Google Chrome Not Opening On A Mac

Let's show you how to fix when Google Chrome is not opening when you click on it on your Mac.
In your video, I walk you through the steps to fix when Google Chrome is not opening on your MacBook or Mac laptop. To tackle this problem you need to uninstall and reinstall the application. First, right-click on Google Chrome and select quit. Then go to the Finder and go to Applications and then locate Google Chrome. Right-click on it and select Move to Trash. You might need to log in as an Administrator to do this. Then empty your trash to delete Chrome. Now you will need to reinstall the app. Use Safari or any other browser to search for and download Google Chrome and then install it.

I assume this will loose everything saved in Chrome like bookmarks and saved passwords etc? I read something about these things can by synced so that when you open the new chrome download all of the previous saved bookmarks etc will come back. Is this correct and how do I do that? Thanks a ton. I've had chrome for year on my Mac and as of this morning, clicking on chrome has it bounce for several seconds and then stop. Nothing opens. I've rebooted twice with no change.
