Lamonster Spyder Mirror Locks- F3 and 2020+ RT

- If you have a F3 or a new RT that has mirror vibration this is a good and easy solution. This will work on all Can Am Spyder F3T's and Limited and all 2020-21 RT's including Limited
NOTE- I removed one T-20 screw that didn't need to be removed to remove the mirror backing plate. It was the first screw I removed on the plate so don't do what I did.

Just took my mirrors off following the video and waiting for my new screws today!
Just finished installing these and you can feel the difference. So simple that no cussing and swearing needed. Snow on the ground where I am so I'll have to wait for a test ride. Great instructional video, thanks!
We got out for a ride over the weekend and the difference with the mirrors was remarkable. I can see what's behind me so much better!

Got my mirror lock about a year ago for my ST Limited 2015, not a mechanic, put them on today took me 2hours for both mirrors. They work good.
Just installed these on my F3 limited (Sept 2022). Works great, no vibration seen in the mirrors. If you are "sitting on the fence" on purchasing these you'll be glad when you put them on. I know I was. As a newer spyder owner I am grateful for these videos also.
Great new approach to finally solving the vibration problem for both the F3T's and new 2020 RT. Much better than the screw alone you used before. Looks to be a simpler approach than used by BRP in it's attempt to solidly mount the mirrors. I'm anticipating that is will also be a lot cheaper than what BRP's solution costs too!

3 studs with nuts where 22.95 us funds, by the time I paid for shipping and exchange was about $60.00, but you have 3 studs to put in, some of the other types I was looking at only had 2 places your bolted it down and the other one you didn’t take piece out so it just hung there and this one was on the top,
I’m from Australia and these have fixed my extremely loose mirrors. Thanks for a fantastic product
My Review of the Mirror Locks:
Got the mirror locks on Thursday, only 2 days after ordering them!, put them on Thursday night. Was really easy, thanks to your great video, took about 10 minutes to do both. Had to wait til Saturday to take my 2020 RT Limited for a little spin to see how the mirrors were.
All most right away I could see that they are now rock solid, and not wiggling around, I could not be happier, great product, and if your mirrors are still factory attached and loose, better get these studs, you will not be disappointed !
I leave in Canada, so the exchange and shipping cost sucked, but you will see that it was the BEST money I spend so far!

Just got my locks in the other day (also ordered the trunk bag, which looks and works great and 1/3 the price of the Can-Am bag). Installed them today and went for a ride. What a difference! Even on very bumpy roads there is no shaking of the mirrors at all! Great product!

I’m new to the can am just ordered the 2021 RTL will get it in a couple of days do the 2021’s have mirror issues as well and if so do you have a fix for them thank you.

Hi Guy's, can you please do me a favor, I know this is a change of the subject in this video vlog, I have a 2020 Can-am RT Limited, The other day I was pulling off of my driveway and I scraped the curb a little bit under the front end of my spider. Can you tell me if that bottom black piece can be replaced without taking off the front Frunk? I see 4 bolts underneath that seem to be holding that piece on, is that all you would have to do to take off to replace that piece? I know I'm being a little anal about this but the bike has less than 3000 miles on it. I wish someone would make a skid plate that fits the 2020 front end of the Spyder.

Why do BRP fasten then this way why they seem to be manufactured so they do pop off, this mod is now permanently fixing them, which is great because mine vibrate like hell.
Will this work on a 2016 F3T?,,,,,that backing plate looks a bit different and a mate told me it was a drama to get off.
Yes it will work on your 2016 F3T...we have the same Spyder and I've installed them on it. Works on the ST too.

I need to order the mirror clips for my 2016 f3 ltd... I called (417 313-2245 and they said they don't have them for that older year f3...I need the model clips for the mirror cover... do you have a part # or where can I order from? I'm in San Francisco California USA...
