Putting the corners left on top, we can name the edge pieces as follows starting at the top where the corners we need to solve are: Top (T), Top Right (TR), Bottom Right (BR), Bottom Left (BL), Top Left (TL). We use standard clockwise for normal, counter clockwise for prime moves. We then get this:
TR - T - BR! - BL - TL - T - TL - T - BL - BR! - TR! - T

The alg could be written as: (R U Dr Dl) (L U L U) (Dl Dr R U),
holding the two pieces to swap in the Upper "layer" and the right & left downward "faces" are Dr & Dl.
The last U may not be necessary in some cases - think of it as an AUF (thus 11 moves, like he says).
