Hlo I have completed upto second layer but in the third layer I am not able to solve the cross I am getting bar case similar to the 3 by 3 so I used the fru r’u’f’ algo but not able to complete
I at first I thought that the ghost cube is always aligned and you don't need to shift the layers, thank you very much.

8355 method is much easier when solving the last 5 edges for ghost cube, megamorphix and axis cube compared to beginner method last layer.
Leaving one edge from the middle layer unsolved gives you room to orient and premute the edges in the top layer so they match the top center, without needing algorithms. You just turn the top layer until you can move the edge in the unsolved middle layer spot to the place where it belongs in the top layer. That pushes a piece into the middle layer, turn the top until pulling it back out of the middle layer puts it where it belongs. If it is upside down, move it into the unsolved middle layer spot, which allows you to put it in the top layer in either orientation. Solving the last top edge automatically solves the missing middle layer piece. If the missing middle layer edge gets solved too soon, just swap it with one of the unsolved top edges.
I can not explain how aggravating it is that no one just says the moves they are doing. I have now unscrambled the cube to this part 5 times

I haven't see a tiled version of it, mine is stickered. You can, however, find some good stickerless ones in a variety of colors.

No, just "white" and then "yellow" for the last layer. The remaining edges are solved in other steps

i think there is something wrong with my ghost cube because it looks like a 4x4 parity case where 2 edges are swaped
My center on the top layer for some reason is turned only 90 degrees and i cant fix it
btw great tutorial
that shouldnt happen, and you can fix it simply by dissambling the cube
@@Learn_The_Cube Hm, Tried solving it for the first time, I got all the way to the last Center and it's rotated 90 degrees. Never disassembled it once. Is there another algorythm to fix it? Or is this just how far I've come just to get an impossible combination?

There is a case where two centers are rotated 90 degrees, one clockwise, and one counterclockwise
Yea you just need to go M' U M U' repeatedly then fix the single 180° if it occurs
If only one center is off by 90 degrees, that means you have mixed up some pieces.
Two of the triangles and two of the trapezoids are very similar. On most ghost cubes you can detect which ones are not really solved by looking carefully at the texture on the stickers. The pattern will match its neighbors' when the piece is solved, but usually does not match if the piece is in the wrong spot. I say usually because I have a 5x5 ghost cube that has some pieces that this method does not work on. The sticker texture on different sides let’s the match too closely for me to see it is wrong. It seems possible that a 3x3 could be like that too, although I have not seen one.
If an even number of centers are off by 90 degrees, there are algorithms that will fix that. Search CZcams. It is easier to fix this early in the solve, but never too late. That's why I make the middle layer part of the initial cross. Get three centers lined up first thing, and the rest are effortless.

It took 10 months to listen to, but I finally got all 168 hours approved and downloaded, but there was a problem. I would keep hearing this song, but I didn't know the name and I had no way of easily finding out. i can't make cross in the last layer, dont know but for some reason i get either "L" or a line but can never make a cross out of it, can u pls help me ?
Just slow it down, imagine it's a 3x3. I guarantee, you can just use a beginners method alg for this step
thanks for reply man, i've been solving all types of cubes like mirror, mega mix, 5x5 and 6x6 and many more, but i just can't figure out the parity of this cube, i either get a "L" or a line, first i thought its the cube error, so i opened up the whole cube and resolved manually, but same problem again, pls help me out
@@rockrock5711 it might be because you are checking for permutation, not orientation. We only care if the edges are flipped up, not necessarily if they are in the right order around the yellow layer

I suggest understanding the normal 3x3 beginners method better. The last layer is essentially the same

2 edges are allowed to be flipped on a cube, you just need to translate it to a normal 3x3 in your mind to fix it. That's a perfectly normal case.
