Big Cube Patterns EASIEST Method! (DIY Patterns)
zhlédnutí 7KPřed 3 lety
Learn to design and solve patterns on big cubes, works best with at least a 6x6. Quarantine is boring, and it's fun to spice up your cubing sessions with something other than speedsolving, so I think people will enjoy this one. I know it's been a few months since I last uploaded but I'm not really a CZcamsr and don't expect regular uploads :P Share or subscribe for more tutorials!

THIS VIDEO IS PART TWO OF MY LAST VIDEO! In this video, I will show you how to use last video to solve the 3x3 Rubik's Cube blindfolded. I would suggest using this method to solve the cube without a blindfold first so you can get comfortable with the set-up moves. With only three algorithms, you too can solve the 3x3 blindfolded. Here is the easiest method to solving the 4x4 and the 5x5 using only 180° turns! The methods are pretty similar so I decided to put them in the same video. This was a fun challenge, and if you guys have any other challenges, please drop a comment. Sorry for the long break, I have a lot of homework. But thanks to you guys for all the support, last month was the best on record!
Sub 30...with BEGINNER'S METHOD? (3x3 Challenge)
zhlédnutí 10KPřed 4 lety
To answer the question... YES! It is possible! But, it is not easy. For those of you who use this method, I suggest doing what I did, and solving the first layer corners without turning the cube. Overall, this was a fun challenge, and I look forward to more from you guys! Once again, if you email me a video of you solving ANY puzzle to learnthecube100@gmail.com, you will receive a free shoutout...

why should I learn an algorithm to fix the headlights on the bottom layer if I can yimply flip the cube and do the algorithm I already learned to fix the headlights on the top layer? Flipping the cube shouldn't take you longer than a few milliseconds so it doesn't matter unless you wanna go for world record.

I don't really like this tutorial for a few reasons. First, it's generally a bad idea to say something like "you need to know how to do this and that", you should give a run-down of what to do, for example, the edge flipping algorithm, which you use more than once, if someone wants to solve this but NOT a 5x5, they can't. (I'm mostly saying this because I promise, nobody is going to go watch the other videos, they are going to just google the single algorithm they need, so it doesn't help with content and just makes people mad) Also, the regular 5x5 edge flipping parity doesn't work, the one you showed in the video I cannot find anywhere else. Lastly, you cannot just use the flipping algorithm shown in the video for any combination of edges, there are more than one that you need to do something else for, so I was a little disappointed because the video felt rushed (not in making time but because you wanted it to be kept short etc.) and didn't thoroughly explain many things. That being said, no hard feelings, I just want to help. For the most part you content is nice, both the Megaminx and 5x5 videos ARE thorough and I enjoyed them.
