This was a nice easy workout that gets you sweating. I'd say it is definitely ideal for beginners. However, beware of the clickbait lol. This is nowhere near an 800 calorie burn. In fact, most of the hiit workouts on anna's channel are more intense than this and more suited for people who may already have a consistent workout regimen.

Ótimo treino , mas bem intenso para quem não tem o hábito de se exercitar . Comecei a fazer exercícios em casa tem duas semanas ,e hj comecei com esse treino, mas não conseguir concluir todos. Consegui fazer só 13min de treino.Mas não vou desistir .🇧🇷

It's a sweaty one. Incredible, looks easy low impact but good intensive workout. Actually a deep burn. I saw this workout I thought Anna started a new channel.😂
This is absolutely amazing!! Haven’t found a workout that is so effective and also easy to do at home. I normally give up if the exercise is too difficult but this one not only makes me sweat and burn calories but it also is easy to follow, the short breaks also gives me motivation to keep going! I’m gonna keep training with this video until I reach my dream body! Great job!!
