Is it posible to carry things outside of the helli of it does not fit? Or do you just leave it?

Hi, thank you. Yes, sometimes we will leave the victim outside on the hoist if they are in a litter basket and it’s only a short flight. If it is a longer flight down to the landing zone, then we will bring them all the way in the helicopter.
