Best wishes to your National goals, Rick! The 1961 Nu-Card Baseball Scoops are pretty great. I like the B&W photography. Nice photo shots with newspaper headlines.
I like both the 60 and 61 sets! I only have one from the 60 set, but I have 3/4ths of the 61 set. I won’t be able to finish it based on my budget, but I can close the gap!

You’re making great progress on the 52 Topps set. That’s great your wife think you can get the 52 Mantle.
Thank you Terry! I really like the Wilson Franks Set. I think the 52 Topps run from 1-310 is achievable. Beyond that I’m not sure. We’ll just have to see.

I really enjoy all your videos and appreciate your dedication and enjoyment in posting these videos! Super excited watching you put together the iconic 1952 set! I put together a low to medium all PSA graded 1952 set minus the Mantle. I had the same strategy as you, putting together the 1-310 low number set, then slowly picking up low grades for the high number set. My Mathew’s is a PSA 1, Jackie is a PSA 1.5 etc. you can see the trend, lol. Doubt I will ever get a Mantle though. Thanks again Rick!!! I can wait to see what you pick up at the National!

I have nothing against collectors who are willing to pay and stand in line. It’s just not for me. There are too many cards I still want!
@@Rocketrickj18 Oh yeah, I have nothing against anyone who would want to do it. But I just think it's a ripoff. On top of it, the guys asking for these prices already have a lot of money. It's cheesy.

I need the 48 Leaf and 52 Topps Jackies for sets I’m working on, but they are both very expensive. I’m putting off the high number 52s for the time being and the 48 Leaf set is probably out of my reach now with the Paige and Jackie cards being so expensive. Still….
