- The new loader 2024 Takeuchi TL12R2 high flow. This is just a quick overview of the new machine and some comparisons to the TL250. It's basically the same machine I have just a lot newer. I go over some of the new features and specs of the machine. I plan on keeping the old loader and having two now. So you will be seeing this one in more videos coming up. Thanks for watching! #EliteEarthworks #Takeuchi #TL12R2 @TakeuchiMFG

You should still do a video of repainting the old 250. She has earned it. Awesome new machine. I rented one for a week last year and loved it. Definitely pushed like a beast
I will do that for sure! Yes they are 💪🏻
Very nice to see how far and how hard you worked! You deserve that machine! Enjoy it!
Thank you! I really appreciate that!
That's cool looking matching. I think I could learn how to grade property in that one... Had to get me some Elite time in....
I’m happy for you… both for getting a new machine and for you being able to keep your favorite piece of equipment.
Happy Easter, bud.
Thank you! I just can’t let the old one go. Happy Easter to you too!
You’ve been talking about getting this loader for a while, so I’m happy that you finally got a hold of it and got to purchase it. I can’t wait to hear what it sounds like in future videos.
Thank you it’s definitely exciting to have it now. Appreciate you watching
I have a 2019 TL10V2 and same inside as yours and the first button in the back on your right side is a float button and when your riding along with a pile of dirt with float mode on your arms with float and you won’t feel bumps and stuff as much I use mine all the time 👍🏻
Cool I was wondering what that was. Good to know. Thank you!
Congratulations on the new machine Brandon!!!
Thank you!
Brandon love your new Takeuchi TL12R2 High Flow , very very glde for you .that wy you work very hard .
Thank you! I really appreciate that!
Heck yeah Brandon! Congratulations man. Good for you! You deserve it. I’m glad you went with the TL12 model and that you’re keeping the old one. Nice machine👍🏻 Here’s to another 10k hours
Thank you! I’m excited and think it’s going to be a great machine. Appreciate you watching
I bought the same machine last year. It is very strong. Im pleased with it. I mainly run bush hog. Disc mulcher and move trees and debris with grapple bucket. Just got a stump grinder for it. That works well also.
Nice that’s great to hear! It seems really nice!
Congrats 💪
Thanks buddy!
Very nice sir
Thank you!
Made it here!! The TL12 is a nice look’n machine, congrats Brandon 👍🇺🇸
Thank you sir!
Very nice Brandon ❤❤. Take care of yourself and family and friends and be Blessed ❤️.
Thank you!
Congrats ! Thanks for sharing.
Thank you!
That is such a nice machine!!! You can tow it with the Ford💪👍 Congrats and im glad you are keeping the trusty 250
Thank you! Yes it should pull it no problem. I could never get rid of the 250 it’s my baby 😁
@@eliteearthworksllc 👍
Congrats man 💪🏼
Thank you!
Hope it turns out as good as or better than the 250! Thanks for the nice shots of the GMC in your last 3 videos. I like that truck!
Thank you! I still like the GMC too
congratulations!!!!
Thank you!
Nice,glad for you 😎😎😎👍👍👍
Thank you!
Congratulations on the newest addition to the fleet.
Thank you!
Congratulations 🎉
Thanks man!
Congratulations - you have come a long way.
Thank you sir!
Company I work for is changing over to taks from Deere 333s, I have noticed the taks have less traction. Most operators don’t like the new taks, I’m sure it’s a learning curve. Keep that old one, hard to beat it. Congratulations on the new machine!
Yeah if they are coming from Deeres they won’t like the tak controls at first. They are much more touchy but once they get the hang of them they will love them. Yeah these tracks are terrible they put on them. Thank you my friend!
@@eliteearthworksllc exactly the same things they have told me. Since it’s not a backhoe? Hell 🤷♂️ I’m sure it’s as dependable as the old tak you have, and with your meticulous maintenance, it will serve you well I’m sure. Dang final drives fail on the deeres weekly it seems. #suregladimabackhoeman
Congratulations that thing is sick
Thanks man!
Congratulations on the new machine!
Thank you!
Congrats on your new machine, nice.
Thanks man!
Congratulations sir. Happy Easter.
Thank you! Happy Easter to you too!
Glad to see you got a new machine. I hope it serves you as well as your original machine.
I understand what you’re saying about the suspension. You’ve got to feel that grade in the seat of your pants, as I was taught by some veteran operators, as well as see the grade.
Thank you! Yeah that’s how I learned to grade as well so the suspension throws me off. Appreciate you watching as always
Congrats
Thanks!
Very nice, congratulations.
Thank you!
Congrats.
Thank you!
Good luck with your new machine.
Thank you!
I am a little late on watching this one but Congratulations Brandon! That is awesome and really happy for you!
Thank you I really appreciate that!
@@eliteearthworksllc your welcome!
Easter Bunny was good to you! Happy Easter
Yes he was 😁 happy Easter to you too
Congratulations brother! You got a nice machine
Thanks man! I love it!
Looks like this winter I'll need to come over and help with a nice fancy paint job so they'll match!! Congratulations buddy!!
That would be sweet! Thanks man!
Nice machine. I hope it serves you well.
Thank you!
Nice machine congratulations enjoy 👍🏻🇺🇲
Thank you!
Congrats. Nice looking rig. I'm sure you'll take good care of it.
Thank you! I’m going to try!
Cool new machine Brandon! Here’s to another 10k hours…😀
Thank you! I hope so 🤞🏻😁
She’s a beauty Clark 👍
Thanks buddy!
Congratulations man 🎉
Thank you!
@@eliteearthworksllc no problem 😌
Nice loader Brandon, Mrs. Elite might decide to claim it, lol. Keep Smilin, You too Erin
Thank you! She might 😁
Congrats on the new cuchie! The old one was good while it lasted. Hope y’all are doing well!!
Thank you! I still plan on using the old one quite a bit
Congrats on the new machine. I was waiting to hear how many hours the 250 had, 10k is an accomplishment! They don't make 'em like they used to. I'd be surprised if any new machine makes it that many hours with the def and all the digital features.
Thank you! I agree this new one will not last that long for sure. Appreciate you watching man!
Nice machine.good luck with it.
Thank you! I appreciate that!
Nice machine
Thank you!
Congrats on the new machine bud, it's sharp looking, thanks for sharing, now let's see if this new one will go-to 10k hrs
Thanks man! That’s the plan.
Agree that the redial lift machines grade better than vertical. Less pivot points makes it more stable. Also easier to work on in many models. People do rend to upgrade to a larger machine over time.
Yep I feel the same way. I’m excited to start using this one.
Nice machine...
Thank you!
Thats awesome dude! You have earned it. The 250 has definitely earned a little rest. That has been a great machine. I hope you get good service the new one too.
They have made a few changes on the new ones compared to my 2020 version. I have loved mine, and it pushes like a tank. Im sure the tl12 pushes even better than the tl8 that I have. I agree with your assessment about the suspension system on the other brands. It is so much easier to grade without the suspension system. The Cat rides great, but I didn't like the way it graded. I can't wait to hear your thoughts on the new machine once you've used it a little bit. Congrats again buddy.
Thank you! Yes it has it been an awesome machine! Yeah the suspension drives me crazy can’t tell if I’m going over a hill or not lol! I’m excited to start using this one too. Appreciate you watching
13:34 Pretty serious machine when it has a sticker that says "Danger" - "Avoid Death"
lol yep
You should try the zigzag pattern. I’ve had two sets of them on two different types of machines and I absolutely love them amazing traction and they ride really good.
Someone else mentioned those I’ll have to check them out. Thanks!
Time to fab up a smooth roller attachment for the older loader.
I’m probably going to buy a smooth drum Bomag roller to match my other one
I have a Kubota and it has the hydraulic site glass same as yours. It is very aggravating. Go on the side and put a little bit in then have to keep running around to the front to see if it needs more but you can't see it because it is so dirty. It also has the same sliding windows. They are very hard to slide when dirt and brush gets in the window track.
Yeah it’s going to be interesting for sure lol
Love your content..Do you remeber the first piece of equipment you purchased for your business?
Thank you! My first piece for my own business was my 2011 TL250 I bought in 2012. I bought a case 1840 in 2005 that I used in my parents landscape business and my side work
sweet
Thanks!
You keep it up you'll have as much equipment as Chris.
lol I’m working on it
Time to upgrade the mower and get a mulcher 😊
I’ve heard there isn’t much difference in the standard flow and high mowers so I’ll probably just keep this one. I may get a mulcher one of these days
Bout time Brandon! I was starting to think I was remembering wrong n had to go back to find your Instagram post…
lol better late than never
What a great addition - despite the ridiculous $@# Def! That was a very nice comparison and I think keeping the old unit is a great idea - it's paid for and still works just fine. BTW, the one place you didn't really show was overhead inside the new one - are there any controls there or is it just bare? Thanks for the tour - can't wait to see it in operation. Happy to see that the fleet keeps growin'!!!!
Thank you! It’s really going to be nice to be able to have a skid on two jobs at the same time. Yes it’s bare up top just brackets for the door. I appreciate that!
Should I ever lose the 2010 TL230, I will mourn the loss. It's the most reliable machine I own. Of course they are all only as good as the guy taking care of them. I have spent a small fortune on rehabbing it. I even have a spare hydraulic cooler/radiator new in the box and a spare drive motor. Who is the best outfit to rebuild drive motors? I want to change one out and rebuild the takeoff for a spare. Cheers Dirty Money.
Yeah the old 200 series machines are the best. They don’t make them like that anymore. I would have to ask a few people on a place to rebuild them I’m not sure off the top of my head. Appreciate you watching
Good move purchasing now , i hear the 3 series may be electric over hydraulic controls
It will be that’s why I bought this one now
Nice !!!!! Now can I borrow it ????? 😂😂😂😂😂
Sure man 😁
That was the incest Easter bunny you ever had ...I a m pretty confident that takeuch skid steers are the best in the world in term of power ,reliability and value for money.and the old 250 is a great testament for that .10k hours is alot for askid steer and she still looks like a new ...now she deserve a new fresh coat of paint
Looking forward to see the Tl1R2 doing some great work.
Keep up the good work and hoog luck.
Yes it was! I agree they are the best skid steers on the market. I’m excited to start using this one too! Appreciate you watching
You do know we're all happy (SAD) for what you do and BUY/UPGRADE to, however, I have enjoyed watching the *TL 250* take on all the jobs it has (many this year) and through the years *PROBLEM FREE* ! Tell us if ERIN likes and has tested the new toy yet (wouldn't be surprised if SHE drove it before you! *CONGRATS with them all* & BE SAFE!
Oh you will still see the 250 lots I’ll be using both machines on different jobs. She hasn’t ran it yet but I’ll film when she does. Appreciate you watching
can you make a short video showing how and where you mount your cameras....what kind of mount, tripod, etc
I could I have magnet mounts so I can attach them to the machines and I just use my laser level stand for a tripod
@@eliteearthworksllc i cant find a good metal spot in my tl8 to get that sweet over the shoulder shot you do. Its all plastic back there
@@travisboginski4347 I mount it on the side of me on that piece of metal between the upper and lower window after you put the lap bar down
I would have cut me a hole and made my own door before I would have to take the machine apart to get to the battery on the old one lol
Yeah I didn’t want to do that. I’m not a great fabricator so I didn’t want it looking like crap lol
my old loader had 12in wide tracks fixing to order a new machine im thinking about getting 15 in wide tracks on this on what is your thoughts
I would definitely go with the wider tracks. Much better flotation
Congrats on the new machine! I hear you say you bought the old one with 900hrs just wondering how many hrs does it have now? Also what got you into the brand Takeuchi vs others? Love watching your videos! thank you
Thank you! The old one has 10,145 hours on it right now. A friend years ago ran them and I tried his loader one day and loved the controls and cab space. They have true hydraulic pilot controls so no hesitation like the electric over hydraulic ones and they have larger cabs on the their loaders and excavators. They just seem to be a smooth more balanced machine plus they are the trendsetters of the ctl’s they came out with the first in 1986 and all the others followed.
Does this one have two speed trans
Yes they both do
How many hrs. On it now??
The new one has 5 hours the old one has 10,145
Why not the v2?
The V2 is designed for lifting and loading trucks where the R2 has better breakout force and stronger design for cutting and grading.
What is the meaning of the term High Flow on this new machine ?
It refers to the hydraulic system…. The remotes put out different volumes of fluid to run auxiliary equipment. Most equipment is made to run one or the other… the motor rpm on the implement is impacted by the amount of flow.
@@sassafrasvalley1939 Thank you !1
It flows more hydraulic fluid in the auxiliary hydraulics. High flows will flow 44 gpm vs standard flow will flow 23 gpm so this new machine can run a forestry mulcher
@@eliteearthworksllc Wow-impressive !!
111 hp. Best thing to do is delete it.
I would like too soon
Simple I did mine. Let me know when your ready I know a guy that will reprogram it.
What is a piece of junk had one
They’re not for everyone
