As someone who uses a 2 lens setup with one body the fastest way is by having a pouch on your belt and your camera on a strap. But I guess if you have nothing else then maybe lol
Yes, as a small handed person, i was looking at this with a combination of admiration and skepticism. Ha, ha, I think I would rather carry two camera bodies than risk doing this out in the field but I will definitely give it a try over a padded surface .
sure, but this works only when both lenses are similar in size :P I have Sony G 20mm 1.8 and Tamron 35-150 F2-2.8 which are... basically as far from similar size as You can get realistically xd
@dunnadidit i tried but i cant do it with the hood on , switching to my 16-35mm gmaster, ive tried, too much money to be juggling with lol. It works amazing with smaller lenses
Dosen't work with any of my lenses ... 11-24 - bulbus front element 24-70 - lens barrel telescopes out 70-200 - too big 50 1.8 too small 200-600 you get it ....
*drops $1400 lens trying to speedrun* ;(
Going to try this with my 150-600mm telephoto and 13mm prime...😂
Please sign this waiver first
Make a vid
@@dunnadidit haha, will do! 😀
Lol
@@dunnadidit😂😂
Remember, switch to compact is always faster than reload lens.
Completely depends on the camera. Some lens releases are on the left side where you can’t get a full grip 😅😅
I’m crying in Canon right now
*"Wait till i reload"*
Tactical lens reload
I don’t think I’d trust myself to do this but it looks like you’re comfortable!
Took 3 reshoots though till looked smooth on camera
I love this but I'm also terrified. Will try at low altitude over a bed or something...
Seems a great way to risk smashing two perfectly good lenses into the ground 😂😊
Thx! Very helpful tip! ❤
Haha weirdly I do this already but never looked at it as a hack. No faster way to do it. Nice video.
Oh that’s awesome!! 👍👍👍

Nice!
i'm going to try :) but it looks kinda difficulty if you have 2 different sized lenses
MY BOY!!!!

Haha yeah, over a bed or couch for the first bunch of times.
Makes video to show off big hands 🌝
Never felt I need to do this.
Thanks, Bro.... ❤❤❤
If John Wick was more into cameras than revenge..
AK speed reload meeting incredible expensive camera gear. Can’t see how this could go wrong :)
Ill practice with YOUR LENSES
Try it with the Canon 70-200.
"the fastest way to increase the odds of dropping your $1500 lens"
My hands say "NOPE!" 😂
Dont wanna break my lenses, thanks.
Can you make a video and show me how to do this on my canon RF 85 1.2 and RF 28-70 f2 please
sure, but this works only when both lenses are similar in size :P I have Sony G 20mm 1.8 and Tamron 35-150 F2-2.8 which are... basically as far from similar size as You can get realistically xd
Haha, I’m going to get my 20mm and my 35-150 and try now…
Not a problem!
Lol, so maybe it's only my anxiety with not insured gear xd I also tried it once again and did it, but thet felt way to unsecure xd
Try a 600F4 and a 400F2.8. If you manage i will give it a shot
This stunt was performed on the mattress
Nice 👌
I don't know.
If I do it 500 times...
I might regret it.
Lens hood crying in the corner
Is this for the lens switching Olympics??
only way to do that with my small hands is if i had a fuji camera with small lenses.
*tactical lens reload*
Now that's speed reload... for cameras?
OutFuckingStanding
I thought this was Karl Shukar for a second 😅
What about a dust blower tho 😅
Also it only works if the lenses have same diameter
100% I’m dropping both lenses and the camera. ;-)
This doesn't work switching from a 300 2.8 to a 28-70 2.0 :-(
I'd drop both somehow
How to drop your lenses
When you follow and drop your lens … just your mistake not me😢
Except for the part that I use fd lenses
Cant do it with a 70-200mm 😢
I definitely have!
@dunnadidit i tried but i cant do it with the hood on , switching to my 16-35mm gmaster, ive tried, too much money to be juggling with lol. It works amazing with smaller lenses
Not going to work with my 400mm prime 😂
crazy
I'll have to try that trick! Anyone who played an instrument as a kid can at least give this method a try.
I tried my 105 f1.4 Sigma and 35 Sigma, then 35 just is in the 105's hood now!
This is why Camera Leader requires COI on some rentals lol
Only works if your lenses are the same thickness and of similar weights. Not gonna work with my 50mm prime and my 70-300...
do that with an m42 mount. ye.
What about canon 800mm😂😂,how to switch the lens
Try this with m42
Dirty sensor in less that 10 seconds. Lol
Too bad I can't do that because I don't have a camera and a lens.
No just use the Trilens holder
Shout out to Karl for this hack
Tip: Practice this with your
another way just 2nd body is ready to go
Right.... Let me try this with my Canon 16-35mm and my 70-200mm
Karl Shakur fan right there
With primes…. Not 70-200
I do it with my 70-200 all the time!
Your a “bigger” man than I am 😅
Doesn't work well with sigma art lenses since they weigh more than the body being made out of all metal
Why do you seriously suggest people to ruin their lenses? Oh, you forgot to mention to use lens filters. Gotcha. 👏
That's not got to work when i switch from my 300mm 2.8 to my 16mm 😊
Dosen't work with any of my lenses ...
11-24 - bulbus front element
24-70 - lens barrel telescopes out
70-200 - too big
50 1.8 too small
200-600 you get it ....
Horrible advice to give when half the people will actually drop their lenses.
My lenses are 2 or 3 kilos each... I can't do that, unfortunately, with them 2 massive lenses hahahhaha
And the fastest way to ding your glass, filter
2 words... Lens hood
3 words… left in box 😜
😢
Thank you, but no 😅
Also the fastest way to loose 1000 dollar.
Nope my time aint worth dropping a lens I will drop one lens and it will end up beimg my most exspensive one.
101 ways to make your hand sprained 💀
This guy ran out of video ideas
Karl did it better.
The most dangerous way to switch expensive lenses
No
Honestly, I would have hired an assistant to switch lens than to risk damaging my $3,000 + camera and lenses. But each to his own.
Bro buy another body
Nope not a chance
Way too risky if u ask me😅
You have to much money to drop
