Thank you. I have this same bulb and needed to see how it gets disassembled so that I can get rid of the stiff plastic piece bending the wire out from the bulb housing. I need to get rid of it so that the lockrings of my vehicle can slide over the bulb housing

Don’t put 12 volts on just the led bro, you’ll kill it. 3 volts on just led plus and minus.

Nice tutorial thanks alot, but mine are without screws but instead they are fixed with blind pop rivets. Can you please upload tutorial for replacing these type of led headlight bulbs? Thanks.
Mine are too. I used a dremel carefully grinding those rivets off. And then secured them drilling out the hole and driving small screws through.

What did you use to power it?
This is easily achieved with a 12v AC ADAPTER block almost everyone has laying around their home from old appliances or electronics. Cut the end off and you expose two wired positive and negative.

My leds are very similar and one just went out after only 3 weeks! You get what u pay for I guess.

This looks like a broken headlight was used for parts to repair another. Those CSP leds are hard to find

How to fix fan
I couldn't found this LED in the market, all shopkeeper say this is Chinese product and they are not selling spare LEDs.
The Led Headlight Chips are by far too wide & dont match the same size as the Halogen bulb Filaments but the GTR-ULTRA 2.0 by GTR LIGHTING is way far better & Brighter than all Led Headlight bulbs on today's market & it's a real shame that I didn't have the money to buy these GTR-ULTRA 2.0 H4 Led Headlight bulbs come in at 3,900 each Led bulb & come in at 650 LUX 6,000K & it is only uses 42 Watts per bulb which is amazing & Blows the Competition of all the Led Headlight bulbs that are out there on today's market Kind Regards Peter

THERE ARE TONS OF IRRESPONSIBLE DRIVERS WHO DOES NOT TURN THEIR LED LIGHTS TO LOW BEAM THAT CAUSES BLINDNESS TO OTHER DRIVERS GOING THE OPPOSITE DIRECTIONS .ALSO WHEN THESE IDIOTS ARE DRIVING BEHIND YOU THEIR LED LIGHTS WILL REFLECT AGAINST ALL YOUR MIRROR ALSO CAUSING BLINDNESS.. NO OFFENSE TO YOUR UPGRADES BUT BE RESPONSIBLE
