Yes, a fairy-tale ending reversing the true story of the Manson-Tate murders. And DiCaprio's character met the neighbours and lived happily ever after.

The ending of Once Upon a Time in Hollywood; Brad Pitt; "I don't remember your name." Manson maggot; "I'm the devil and I'm here to do the devils work!" Pitt after hesitating for a moment; "Nah, it was dumber than that, something like Rex." Then he proceeds to kick the living shit out of them, love that scene. If only it had gone that way in real life.
We moved to the South Bay because the Tate & LaBiancha murders. My parents decided LA was getting too crazy to raise kids there. I always wonder how different I would have been if I grew up in LA. They’re both very different places.
The Hans Landa scene must be viewed in its entirety in order to gain the full effect, appreciation, & understanding of the brilliance of Tarantino, the masterful dialog & delivery, & the complexity of this villain.
I love all of his movies. When I saw once upon in America, I laughed my ass off when I watched the scenes of the Manson Family killers getting beaten to a bloody pulp, was because I remember as a kid watching the live news reports of the gruesome Manson Family murders and back then it traumatized the country and myself. So to see an alternate history where a young pregnant Sharon Tate survives and Justus is dished out with extra helpings on some of most evil people Who were in the news during my childhood was sheer joy.
He is a solid director but often pretty over-rated. Pulp Fiction and Kill Bill were masterpieces … Jackie Brown I never found access to. Not really family entertainment … my kids do not like his movies … too boring … too much talking … they want more action.
All these have a function within the narrative - even as violent as they are. I just love Tarantino's movies... 20:30 is, to me, one of the best combinations of visuals with the right music: the expression of absolute horror.
As of Kill Bill Series, in case some of you have never watch Japanese bloody gruesome action movie, Kill Bill is a fine example of them. I have a theory for myself that is Kill Bill is a parody of that kind of Japanese movies. Just one Japanese Samurai movie there will be more blood (shower) to be seen than the whole Hellraiser Series combined.
What series? There is one movie split in two. Of course homage to classic Samurai movies … luckily Tarantino did not overdo blood showers … those were always absolute crap in many Japanese movies.
That Kill Bill scene with the crazy 88's about 22 mins in was originally shown in black & white due to the excess amount of blood. They wanted to give the movie an "X" rating but Quentin agreed to it being in B & W to keep the "R" instead.

“I wonder what the quiet kid is doing”
The quiet kid directing a movie:
Waltz is such a great actor, he should be in more major films as he plays a great villain and good guy!
He is you child 😂
"Because it's so much fun, jan!"
“Get it!!!”
Smothered in false love
The opening dialogue of Inglorious Basterds is one of the best ever!
Tarantino is one sick, genius bastard...😅😅😅
"Once upon a time in Hollywood" scene is a piece of art.

Sadly it's like the only good part of that movie

@208 Joker it’s a movie that Tarantino could’ve made, but some of the actors died already
mr blond cut ear is kinda brutal
Pulp (bullshit) fiction was ok.
Django in Chains….worst movie I’ve ever seen!!!
What can I say, the man loves his work!! And his work is loved!👍🏻😂
Once apon a time in Hollywood Leonardo had a "FU
“Aw man, I shot Marvin in the face.”
“WHY THE FUCK’D YOU THAT?!?!”
That still makes me laugh every single time

Quentin's violence is so extreme it's funny. I laughed my head when he himself blew up in Django.
He is there in the movie Inglorious basterds as a scalped nazi 😂
Violence King - QUENTIN JEROME TARANTINO 🔥🔥🔥
That eyeball scene from Kill Bill Vol. 2 was one of the most glorious things I've ever seen in my life.
Shocked me the first time I saw it 😂😂
i see your point
She is rolling around with one eyepatch, and no Eyes , Tarantino has a Wicked sense of Humour ❤😅
Fulci's (Zombi) was better.... lol

Cliff Showing us what should have happened on that Fateful Night, tops them all 💯🔥🔥🔥🔥
Once Upon a Time in Hollywood is such a masterpiece
Talk about overkill in the best coolest ways possible. Thank U Quinton.
One of the best directors of All Time
Bullshit --- fin de siecle flash in the pan, his ultra- violant hipster schtick already bottoming out (see A Clockwork Orange). Ah, Hollywood!
He is the best true that
Most extreme what I see never in the movies extreme and very personal way of to work. TREMENDAS.
Props to the girl in Once Upon a Time that screamed for more than 3 minutes almost straight thru.
It Very beautiful and so love it its all my favourite movies acting so nice MY WAY With NRJM We All Action its so Romantic
Ein tolles Video mit hilfreichen Tipps. Vielen Dank
That leg out of the window! 😂
..and hitting the ground with a little bounce. ( it’s that little extra that takes it over the top yet avoids the cartoonish factor)
You just know that at 4:10, Quentin BLEW HIS LOAD!
Mr. Tarantino- the 🤴 of family entertainment. 😊
He is a solid director but often pretty over-rated. Pulp Fiction and Kill Bill were masterpieces … Jackie Brown I never found access to. Not really family entertainment … my kids do not like his movies … too boring … too much talking … they want more action.
Nice work 👌
tarantino genius
love uma ❤️
He’s such an awesome writer, producer! Love quent
2:37 my papa was watching this on his TV when I came in and it scared me because I thought it was real
You ARE just kidding.
*RIGHT??*
Same i saw it as a kid and didn't know if i dreamed of it or i actually saw it. Then i asked my mom years later and watched both movies with her
Never saw “Kill Bill” but now I’m going to watch it.
Do it.
You did not see Kill Bill up to now? DO IT!!!

How can this happen? Excellent movie!
The Kill Bill 1 fight corography was good.
2:22 that scream 😅
fun stuff and great sound in an ATMOS HT
Man. I really gotta see Once Upon a Time in Hollywood
This first song.. I loved it since I heard it; turns out it’s my dad’s favourite and he hasn’t seen the film
Pretty...cool
Hold Tight
You need a vol. 2 as there is some really great ones like Inglorious Bastards, Dusk to Dawn, Jackie Brown

Watching with context is weird too.
Tarantino be like that.
I would gladly foster Brandy, Cliff's dog ❤️ She does all sorts of useful tricks 👍🏻
he's a sick puppy
Quentin Tarantino is a sick, twisted, downright RAUNCHY individual. I love it.
fabulous
Tarantino should have a movie on dealing with Karen’s and Darren’s
Quentin Karentino?
Is there a Darren?, wow didn’t know that.
@@davefave4351 LOL.
In the uk hardly anyone is called Darren anymore, we have Karen’s thing but never any Darren thing must be just in the USA
'Once Upon A Time In The HOA'
Violent and comical behavior very entertaining 👍. Saw them all 😁👍😎.
We aren't surprised 😅
The Manson Family death scene in Once Upon Time in Hollywood had me breathless with laughter.

27:41 this clip was so ridiculous-
I laughed out loud!😂
Amazing
I always think about how if Marvin had just given some opinion, Vincent might have not turned around and he’d still be alive lmao
For "Kill Bill Vol 1" we would have preferred the fight between Beatrix Kiddo & GoGo Yubari. **The most badass fight Ever on film!**
Good job ... going on
ROFL at "Once upon a time in Hollywood!" Absolutely one fine piece of celluloid or digital tape if you prefer! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Holy moly, that was intense. Saw all movies. If you don't like Tarantino there's something wrong with you.
Ving Rhames is rolling he's eye and choking on that ballgag right now
I'm here for the toes
I often wonder whether "Kill Bill" is a sort of parody on kungfu/ martial arts films.
More like Homage to 70s-80s martial arts film he used to watch. It’s supposed to be exaggerated
hehe .. my fav is hollywoods endscene. Pitt is great here!
Death proof scene is still the best.
Okay, but who's the emitter of the Wilhelm scream in Death Proof crash, Kurt or Eddie Izzard?
What was the head on crash , the name of the movie ?
Great producer, I love all of his movies always have and always will.
Pfffft Brad Pitt winds that can of dog food up like it was the opening pitch at Yankee Stadium lol. It was fucking awesome man.
Non stop giggles!
