I feel like this video needs an update. Its 3 years old.
I don't know why we can access SDP via Ms Team (Request View tab). But the Chat tab doesn't work, no Bot anwsers. How can I debug the issue ?

Service Catalogue from a user perspective in Teams doesn't allow them to click the link - no popup support in Teams browser i'm guessing.
Any ideas how i can get that to work to allow regular users to raise a request or form from the published service catalogue in Teams?
Using Microsoft Teams, users can quickly trigger an incident creation in ServiceDesk Plus. However, we presently do not support service request creation from Microsoft Teams

@@manageengine Hi I just try to do this, but I have a problem when I import my APP. "Upload failed due to an invalid BotId in your manifest." I use Service Desk Plus MSP 14.200.
