suggestion to remove the background music and enhance voice recording quality
Eliminate the background music from the video. It can be quite bothersome and diverting when trying to focus on the speaker's audio.

the sound is terrible
Sorry for the inconvenience. Can you elaborate the issue so that we work on fixing it along with the team?
@@manageengine There is a lot of echo being picked up by the mic. It seems that this was recorded in a boardroom perhaps. Using a smaller sound dampened room can help reduce the echo and make it easier to hear the presenter.
