    Hi
I just wanted to know that during ITSM implementation, initially we can create the CI mapping and relationships manually. And is there a way to automate the same if we add an additional CI or do a modification in an existing CI ? So that it is not needed to do any manual modifications in each time of changes done in the existing service topology hieracy

Hi, I want to have a history of modifications for relationships in CMDB, for example which user at what time make changes in relationships of CIs. Is there any way to track this?
