Now as much as it may look like a small change, this death in particular gives a completely different meaning to the Hierophant card flashback. In this scenario she gets impaled, just "waits here for her son" and at the very end of the scene we see the Hierophant card flying around due to the explosion. Like it was some sort of first sin that the card has immortalized.
In the "Original" scenario though, she decides to put a concoction on her face (after avoiding that mast), and "reaches her son" by walking through the fire. She dies in both instances that's for sure.....but the overall meaning of the flashback changes drastically. At the end of her suicide we can see the card of the Tower flying around instead... So why did the card change in her "1st death" instead of staying the same as in her 2nd? That's easy. Because her motive changed as well. In the 1st scenario she dies without discovering the sceriff star under the burnt remnants. She just accepts her death and lies there waiting. In the 2nd scenario though, she connects the dots and discovers the culprits of the fire. So she goes into the fire willingly as a way to curse the entire family responsible of her sons death. Yup. How can we be so certain of such a relevant change though? Take a look at the aforementioned Tower. This tarot, more often than not, works as a heads-up for an upcoming disaster/catastrophe. And guess what was the catastrophe waiting to be unleashed here... Exactly.

@@spatenzesar7311 That's something I have no idea how to explain, but If I had to throw a guess, I'd say she discovered the Hackett's intervention posthumously, since her ghost roams around the camp during the whole game. That's the easiest explanation I can give you (and definitely the most convenient)

@@bananajoe7365 Easy. By haunting the entire camp as a ghost, by prolonging Sylas escape as much as possible, by sabotaging the Hacketts attempts at finding him. Just as it happened several times in the game. Remember the beginning? Eliza's ghost was there, watching all the time throughout the game.

As long as you look around and explore every area you'll be able to find the cards pretty easily, the dev's made it super easy to find them idk how people miss them.
They miss them by not finding them btw.
I missed like everything when I played Abi. I wanted to look around in the forest after she ran away but unfortunately I went directly to the point where it got to the next cutscene
It can be hard to figure out what triggers a cutscene, preventing you from finding a card. I have seen lots of people go out of their way to explore and still miss cards because they went in a direction that continued the story.
I must be stupid cause when i finished the game ive only found 10 lol
@@kittiefloyd You’re not, it also depends on the paths you take and such. Some paths have lots of cards, others have few or none.

I know this is bad but...I don't care how she died I still ending that curse tonight by killing sillas, she was aware how dangerous he is and from caleb and kaylee pov they thought they were doing the right thing in a way both she and the hatchet are the same because they don't have the courage of killing their loved ones to end the curse.

Yeah, but killing hatchetts doesn't prevent future werewolves from appearing, while killing silos does
I say let's all die!!!! No Hacketts, no new werewolves, and all the teenagers are dead. The neutral ending.
Meh. None of this would’ve happened if Kaylee and Caleb didn’t try to play Hero. The Hacketts beyond those two didn’t deserve their fates though.

She just got final destination
She used her own son as an attraction. She didn't even try to domesticate his werewolf form (which I believe could be possible). And besides, the curse had to come somehow into this world. She was clearly the gateway. Her lack of will to try and at least understand why the Hacketts did it. The lack of impartiality, as she's clearly moved by hate alone... Let death takes its victims. I'll allow Darwinism to follow its course and pray for the werewolves'evolution.

she did that because he would go feral and she needed to lock him up to protect people from him. he felt safe in his cage, that's why he goes there when he's scared.
I didn't get the option to control this scene, no quick time event and she survives. Not sure why. Played on ps4
Question: what do the cards represent? I know all the tarot cards are different, but its always different each time in a different run. Like this run, it was the Emperor tarot card.
Most of the deaths in this game are sickening but this one just didn’t have the effect it could have

I don’t get it.
1. Did the people visiting the circus just passed the cage thinking “Oh nice, a poor boy suffering in a cage”. Did nobody want to help him, did no one condemn it or call the police? Or why didn’t Silas call for help? Even the fact that the visitors considered it as entertainment is disturbing. (I don’t know if she only put him in the cage during the circus event or 24/7)
2. And did they only show Silas in his human form at the show or also as werewolf? If it was his werewolf form, there must have been mass panic among the visitors?
3. And on the night the Hacketts burned down the circus to free Silas, Silas bit Caleb. Did he bite Caleb while he was in his human or werewolf form? Because if Silas bit Caleb while he was a human, Silas may was mentally challenged, which made his fate even worse
Finally I found Until Dawn's equal ! This game plays with our sense of mercy while "Until Dawn" plays with our bloodlust. "Little Hope" came close, but it didn't make yourself doubt enough.

You have no idea the happiness it brought me to get this card and see her desperate like this, to know I left her script.
I did feel empathy and a slight compassion for her when I saw the flashback. But I also felt happy she didn't get her revenge. What she did to Silas was child abuse. She clearly never encouraged his human side, so they'll live, and she won't be my friend.
But I won't hurt Silas. On that I agree with her. He suffered enough. And the curse is the Hacketts' way to atone for what they did. I prefer to let Darwinism take over this one.

Can you imagine if the infected survivors were later brought into that manor in "Devil in Me", the Werewolves turned into animatromics ? Alive, but in permanent pain, since little to nothing can kill them ?
